hello, i want to ask something, considering combat.
if i can attack 2 timeas as a monk as a part of an action, and i have bonus action to do unarmed strike, do i have an ability to do 2 unarmed strikes or just one as a bonus action, i am confused
Extra Attack grants two attacks as part of your Attack Action. The bonus action from Martial Arts grants a single attack. Flurry of Blows from the Ki feature grants two attacks as a bonus action, and you can do that instead of the normal single attack.

Think its important to note too that it doesn't have to be just unarmed for the attack action attacks, it can be weapon attacks too with whatever your monk is proficient in (baseline you're proficient in simple weapons at least, but you could add a proficiency or be a Kensei too etc.). Also a single attack can be substituted for a grapple or shove attempt as well, so you could hypothetically make two grapple attempts as your attack action when you get Extra Attack. I know most monks wont be grappling or shoving often because they're STR actions, but its still important to know I think incase you maybe get Gauntlets of Ogre Strength or something, or even take the Astral Self subclass which lets you substitute WIS in for STR rolls.
The bonus action attacks must be unarmed though, and they MUST follow your attack action being used to attack. (like a combo). With the exception of if you take the Ki-Fueled Attack Optional Feature which lets you make either an unarmed or weapon attack as a bonus action IF you spent at least 1 Ki during your attack action. (so for instance, if I made a weapon attack, then an unarmed attack for my attack action and spent a Ki point on impact with one of them to attempt a Stunning Strike, then for your bonus action you could make an unarmed or even another weapon attack. It's a neat optional feature, if you can get it and your campaign is using Tasha's material. Flurry of Blows though is always two unarmed attacks if you use it.

Assuming you are Level 5 or higher and have Extra Attack you can do the following:
- 2 Unarmed Strikes for your Attack Action + 1 Unarmed Strike for your Bonus Action
or you can expend a Ki point to perform Flurry of Blows then you can do:
- 2 Unarmed Strikes for your Attack Action + 2 Unarmed Strikes for your Bonus Action
