Pickup. I'm sure I know what you mean. Isn't that an American way of calling for Takeaways?
"Give me good food, half a pint of strong liquor, or I will curse your entire family. And it will most likely be lethal."
If you mean another type of pickup line, please, pray, explain this to me.
A pickup line is a saying used to break the ice and show the other that your are interested in them. You want them to seem clever, witty and if possible showing a mutual interest in something for the conversation to move on to. You just threatened to kill their family
Oh! I wouldn't know. I'm not interested in being interested in others.
"Are you an air elemental? Because you just sucked the breath outta me." Does that work?

Change it to “You just took my breath away” and that would totally work. (Assuming she thought you were reasonably cute. Without that no pickup line’s gonna work.)
That is a very good one

I just meant it as a joke. I am in no way romantic or attracted to anything more than a quick glance at a new D&D book or MtG set.

Wow. Your life experience sounds like 180 degrees away from mine. But cool. I like D&D too.
