"yes. who are you?"
“Names Turin Adzegrinder,” he emphatically shakes the man’s hand and begins searching the pockets of his jacket “And if ye give me a moment I’ll need no more introduction. Ah, here we are!” He pulls a tab on the inside of his jacket and weapons start pouring out of the various pockets, filling up the table and eventually spilling out onto the floor. They appear to be longswords, crossbows, and halberds with a government’s insignia on them. He shakes a couple residual daggers out of it and puts the jacket back on. “Take what ye like.”
"how much for all of it? 500 gold?"
Turin dusts off his hands, "It's yers mate." he sticks his thumbs in his suspenders and waves his fingers in their patchy, fingerless gloves. "I have a bad habit o' getting into places I'm not supposed to be, an' taking things I'm not supposed ta have. A kleptomaniac needs somewhere ta dump his hoard, don't he?" he flashes ket'rr a grin, his gold tooth shining in the lanternlight.
"this is suspicious. I need you to sign a legal document swearing that all of these weapons function."
His smile falters, "I'm not one te paper things, but ye can test 'em yerself if ye like."
