A japanese lullaby starts playing in the tavern

A tall, humanoid bird with thick braids and a large bow slung across his back strutted into the tavern. His eyes shone with arrogant confidence, and his blue feathers were preened to perfection. "A tall glass of water for me please." He said to the bartender.

It's source is unknown but it seems to strike a little fear or mystery.
