Two revolvers hang from his belt, and black lines are daubed on his pale face, outlining his black eyes and marking his cheekbones. His feet are covered by laced walking boots, steel-capped and mud-spattered, and a large pack rests on his back. He stalks across the room and sets his pack down gently on a table before sitting down and crossing his legs.
