Xorius begins walking in. "Follow me."

"Kalnor might know more about it."

She follows close behind, watching their backs. Through the door he sees a room with a large spike pit, and a few small platforms at varied levels above it.

"One moment..." She looks back at her after a few seconds "Its shell powder?!"

"I can fly us, unless you'd prefer to jump."

"I think so."

"Flying definitely seems a smarter idea"

She sighs "My spells wont help that... I dont know what will exactly, but you can probably find it in a library with Sogel books..."

"Hold on tightly." Xorius wraps his arms around Tikalae, flying to the other side of the room.

"We should try asking Shardia. If that doesn't work, I have one more idea."

As they fly over, he can see a sort of large statue/tombstone at the bottom center. On the other side is another doorway.

"Alright... Good luck."

He sets down at the other doorway.

Mithris runics to the safehouse.

She flanks one side of it again.

Kalnor follows. As she arrives, things are still a bit knocked over, and the pups still playing

He looks through it.

Mithris helps pick up anything she passes. "Does anyone know where Shardia is?"

He sees a room with a pedestal. On it sits a cracked glowing piece of some kind of shell mask

No one seems to really respond...

"Interesting." He walks over to the mask shard, studying it.

"Anyone?"

Investigation pls

Conim: "Nope! Havent seen her today"

*Investigation: 6.*

He cant really tell much about it. Its about a fourth of a shell mask on a podium

"What do you think?"

"It seems... Harder than a regular shell... And seems armor like"

"Do you want to take it, or should I?"

"I can carry it for now" she picks it up, however drops through her hand less than a moment later

"Strange." Xorius attempts to pick it up.

The same thing happens, him picking the cold substance up a moment, before it drops through

"I don't think we're meant to pick this up."

"It... Doesnt seem so.... Strange"

"There was a large statue in the previous room. Perhaps that has something of interest?"

She nods "Youd like to check it out?"

"If you do."

Xorius begins walking in. "Follow me."

"Kalnor might know more about it."

She follows close behind, watching their backs. Through the door he sees a room with a large spike pit, and a few small platforms at varied levels above it.

"One moment..." She looks back at her after a few seconds "Its shell powder?!"

"I can fly us, unless you'd prefer to jump."

"I think so."

"Flying definitely seems a smarter idea"

She sighs "My spells wont help that... I dont know what will exactly, but you can probably find it in a library with Sogel books..."

"Hold on tightly." Xorius wraps his arms around Tikalae, flying to the other side of the room.

"We should try asking Shardia. If that doesn't work, I have one more idea."

As they fly over, he can see a sort of large statue/tombstone at the bottom center. On the other side is another doorway.

"Alright... Good luck."

He sets down at the other doorway.

Mithris runics to the safehouse.

She flanks one side of it again.

Kalnor follows. As she arrives, things are still a bit knocked over, and the pups still playing

He looks through it.

Mithris helps pick up anything she passes. "Does anyone know where Shardia is?"

He sees a room with a pedestal. On it sits a cracked glowing piece of some kind of shell mask

No one seems to really respond...

"Interesting." He walks over to the mask shard, studying it.

"Anyone?"

Investigation pls

Conim: "Nope! Havent seen her today"

*Investigation: 6.*

He cant really tell much about it. Its about a fourth of a shell mask on a podium

"What do you think?"

"It seems... Harder than a regular shell... And seems armor like"

"Do you want to take it, or should I?"

"I can carry it for now" she picks it up, however drops through her hand less than a moment later

"Strange." Xorius attempts to pick it up.

The same thing happens, him picking the cold substance up a moment, before it drops through

"I don't think we're meant to pick this up."

"It... Doesnt seem so.... Strange"

"There was a large statue in the previous room. Perhaps that has something of interest?"

She nods "Youd like to check it out?"

"If you do."

She thinks a bit, then nods "Alright."

Her picks her up again and flies down to the statue.

*You know the No Eyes grave, right? Its that*

*Truesight doesn't detect anything?*

*No illusion or shapeshifting, so nope*

*Morning y'all. Not going to be on for very long this morning, so I'll re-share my intro for my new character to stir things up a little, lol*

In the distance, a powerful storm appears out of nowhere. Hurricane-force winds beat the trees, and multiple bolts of lightning strike the ground. Suddenly, a huge winged shape appears in the midst of the storm, almost appearing to be physically battling it. Eventually, the storm subsides, almost as though the shape willed it to stop. The shape closes quickly on the tavern, slowing down and gliding as it gets within about 500 ft of the tavern.

At this point, it is obvious that it is a dragon, although it is different from any dragon anyone has seen before. It has polished black scales with silver highlights along the spine, eyebrows, shoulders, and the edges of the "arms" that its wings are on. Instead of the usual forward-pointing horns most black dragons have, it's horns point backwards, and are curled halfway along their length, doing a complete circle that leads to a slightly-upward pointing tip. It's head is more akin to the shape of a Green or Topaz Dragon's, and a row of curved, almost needlelike spines, run from the top of its head to about a third of the way down its tail. On the end of its tail, where the tip should be, is instead a blade that seems to be made out of the dragon's own bone. It's eyes are a deep green color, almost like a pine tree's needles when viewed at twilight.

Noble-077 readies himself with his assault rifle in hand. "Uh...we've got a situation...it's pretty big."

Mithris looks at him. "What are you doing?"

"Preparing for a worst case scenario." Noble looks back at Mithris, "Is this normal for you or something?"

The dragon notices Mithris rather quickly, and, of course her true form, and bows (As well as a dragon can, lol). "Greetings. I am Phantomizakell, or Phantom. I'm not exactly sure how I got... wherever here is, but I'm not here to hurt anyone. I was attempting to stop the storm a rogue Stormtamer Dragon created and was attempting to use to destroy a city, and somehow both me and the storm got teleported to this world."

*It has truesight? Most dragons don't have truesight.*

*Yep. At least this one does. He's a... unique case from my campaign setting, lol. Very old (Around at the Creation War old) and yet still in the form of an Adult dragon*

"Hello, Phantomizakell. My name is Mithris. It's nice to meet you."

"The pleasure is mine." He then switches to draconic "It has been a long time since I was in the company of a Copper such as yourself."

With that, a mist suddenly appears and swirls around him, and when it dissipates, there's a handsome moon elf standing there. He has silver-white hair, pale skin, and the same deep green eyes that he had in dragon form. He's wearing simple leather armor with a grey-blue hooded cloak on his back. He has a bow slung over one shoulder, a couple wands on his hips, as well as a pair of longswords.

"I'd prefer if you don't talk about that in public. It's not something I share with most others before I get to know them. But what kind are you, exactly?"

"I'm what is known as a Phantom-Aura Dragon in my world. We have some... unique powers that most other dragons don't that got us our name."

"What powers?"

"Well, for one, the more mature of my species can semi-shift into the ethereal plane a limited number of times, allowing us to escape harm while in battle. All Phantom-Auras, regardless of age, can teleport using mists, although the youngest can only do it a limited number of times."

*Think Misty Step with that second one.*

"So you have a connection to the Ethereal Plane?"

Phantom (his name will in humanoid form) thinks about this for a minute. "I never really thought about it before today, but yeah, I guess we do."
