A... creature walks in. They were layers of brown cloaks, with a bident on their back and a crossbow at their side. They look around and take a seat. From a distance, they look to be a collection of shards of iridescent hue, all slowly shifting, taking on the vague figure of a humanoid. Two blue sapphires take the form of eyes as they survey the main room, looking for something.
Truesight:
The stranger has two infernal-looking horns, made out of malformed crystal atop their head. Their shards are a sickly red and they seem to be bound by thin lines of parchment
Phantom clambers to his feet as the stranger passes him outside. With a swirl of mist, he shifts into his moon elf form, and he follows the stranger inside.
They turn around and wave. "Hello?" They say to the moon elf, their voice a bit raspy
Phantom bows, a smile on his face. Welcome. I am Phantomizakell, or Phantom. Welcome to the Tavern at the End of World.
Nice to meet you, Phantom. I am Alecto. You're a regular here? They say offering a gloved hand
He takes Alecto's hand in a surprisingly strong handshake. Relatively. You may seen my true form on your way inside. Phantom chuckles. By the way, nice horns, Alecto. Don't worry, I don't share people's true forms without their consent.
Thank you. They say shaking back with superhuman strength. What form of dragon are you? If I may ask
I am a Phantom-Aura dragon, a unique species to my homeworld, (enter world name here). Phantom says with a smile.

I sort of ended up her by accident while attempting to quell a storm created by a rogue Stormtamer dragon. Somehow the storm, combined with my magic and some of the ambient magic left from the Creation War, there's a slight wince as he mentions it, but he covers it up quickly, opened a temporary portal here. I can teleport back and forth courtesy of a few teleportation circles, so I'm happy to remain here.

Not many of the planes, but much of the multiverse on the Material plane. Toril, Eberron...most of the most commonly traveled too, and some less well-known.

No outer planes? Peculiar...
Phantom chuckles. A few of them. I think I visited Mount Celestia once, as well as Mechanus. I'm not foolish enough to venture into the lower planes though. I am a follower of Bahamut, and as such, most of the fiends that call those planes home would rather quickly try and kill me.

They sit down and down a drink, the liquid slowly disappearing into his shards. I understand were you come from. And the astral plane itself?

Phantom chuckles, ordering a Cherry Feywine, downing it in a single swig without a problem. I've journeyed there several times, although not for too long at a time. Even with how powerful I am, an Astral Dreadnaught is still powerful enough to be a threat to me. I prefer journeying to the Feywild, if I'm honest, or even the Shadowfell. I'm more at home in either of those planes than the Astral.
