*Just a quick note, Ruby is rather abnormal when it comes to shifting. Violent spasms - such as sneezing, hiccoughs, or choking cause her to shift uncontrollably.*
"I sneezed a bit ago and shifted involuntarily, I've been trying to harness the process I felt, and I have it down somewhat. Sometimes I don't get it all the way though... I turned into a human with the head of a kitten for a little bit - that was unnerving."
