"Me? Beauty Pageant? No! Do I look like I could win a beauty contest? I admire animal critters! Also I was payed for my side work at a church until recently, but... that went a little south after I bonked someone on the head with this." Aja shows Yacatl a massive hammer that's almost three times her size. "He deserved it though. He was trapping rabbits."
*Is the tree house near the training grounds? No idea of the landscape yet* "Thank you," Aja smiles at Lucius. "I will go smash some things and get back to you this evening!"
Aja gets up and walks out to where Yazrin is already. "Mind if I join you? I won't get in your way."
Yazrin nods, firing off a series of four arrows, each trailing frost, into one of three dummies that he is battling.
*Want a description?*
*Yes please!*
"Thanks." Aja then swings her hammer into the air and runs full pelt at another of the targets, attempting to squish it flat. "What's your name?" She asks as she proceeds to beat up the dummies.
"I see... So are you a fighter?"

Hi everyone! I'm working up the will to finalize my signature, so... I guess this will be the signature for now
Phantom glides back over to the tavern, landing pretty close to where Mali is working, but not close enough to cause any accidents.
She smiles, and waves. Seeming strangely unsurprised at a dragon sighting
Phantom smiles. With a swirl of mist, he shifts into his moon elf form and walks over. "Hello. I'm Phantomizakell, or Phantom if that's easier to remember. Who might you be?"
"Im Acvomalia of Sogel. But I usually just go by Mali"
Phantom smiles. "Pleasure to meet you, Mali. Well, what exactly are you up to? Looks like you're an alchemist, if I'm not mistaken."
"Im... Sorta trying to be! This is only my 36th elixir" she pulls down her goggles, which are bronze, with red tinted lenses
Phantom chuckles slightly. "I wish you the best of luck."
"Thanks Mr. Phantom! What exactly do you do?"
Phantom smiles, somewhat wryly. "King, friend, and parent" He sighs, and his voice seemed to crack slightly when says the last part on the list.
"Wow... I imagine that must be a lot. My father and mother definitely do seem overworked often, and they have similar roles..."
"Except that they have each other to share the burden..." He sighs and rocks back on his heels a little, seeming saddened.
".. What do you mean?"
Phantom smiles sadly, and a tear comes to his eye. "Caelum...my wife...was murdered by a fallen god. We had just finished our vows in fact..." He tries to pull himself together, and barely succeeds, still shaking slightly with the emotions that were threatening to break through.
"Oh... Im sorry... At... At least you seem to be growing comfortable sharing it? Its... Not exactly something most would tell someone they just met about"
Phantom nods, smiling sadly still, and a single tear escapes before he pulls himself back together. "Yeah...It's still not easy though...she died only a few months ago...and after 3,500 years of life, she was the only one I ever truly loved..." He sighs.
"Im... Sorry to hear that... I dont... Think I can really understand.. Sorry"
Phantom nods. "I hope you never do...It's the worst feeling you can imagine, but worse."
"Sorry..."
Phantom chuckles sadly. "It's alright...I've had some time to process it. I don't know if I'll ever fully get over it though."
"Yeah... How old are your children?"
"A couple months. They hatched the same day that Caelum died..." His voice trails off again.
"Months? That... Doesnt sound like enough time to process something like that"
Phantom smiles slightly. "Maybe, maybe not." He shrugs. "I'm healing at the least."
".. I guess so... Still... I imagine its just the start of a winding road."
Phantom nods. "You're probably right, Mali." He sighs, but smiles again.
"... Can I... Ask something strange of you?"
Phantom smiles. "Sure. What do you need?"
"Could I... Have a horn, claw, or scale of yours?"
Phantom chuckles, then laughs. "Sure." He shifts back into his draconic form, and extends one of his foreclaws. "Take a small scale." He says, still chuckling.
*FYI, the "Small" scales for him are still about 6 inches across; the largest ones are the plate-like ones on his underside, each of which are 4 inches thick, and between 5-10 feet wide, depending on where they are.*
"Thank you! Whats the best way to remove them without harming you?"
Phantom chuckles. "Don't worry too much. I'm a cleric, and can heal it. As for the pain," He shrugs. "I'm almost 3,500 years old. I've felt far worse than having a single scale removed."
I won't be grain of sand Slippin' down the hour glass Watchin' every minute fall through I will pay the price Never satisfied, I'm never gonna be refused
*Yazrin stands about 5'8", so a little tall for the Drow, but obviously rather muscular for an elf, with pale grey hair and deep maroon eyes. He wears ornate scale mail and a deep blue cloak. A rapier sits on one hip, and an ornate shortsword and hand crossbow on the other, the hand crossbow affixed to a rope so that it swings down after being fired. slung over one shoulder is a bow made from mushroom wood and carved to resemble the outstretched wings of a dragon.*
Yazrin is focused on the three targets he's battling. Another arrow streaks out, felling the one that took the volley, and the next one finds the eye slit of a second one, sending it reeling. Yazrin Tlin'Orrza. And yours?

*Description*
*Hulking guy with a metal helm and wearing mostly animal skins. The parts of him revealed other than his hands, head/neck, or feet are a strange grey* "... Barantal Vinesspeaker. And you, child?"
"You may call me Gwen." They say. *Truesight?*. "Nice to meet you, Mr Vinesspeaker. How goes it?"
"... What exactly do you mean?"
"Um... How is life going?"
"Life... Goes the same as it always will. It starts. It ends. All lives. All dies. Balance is kept"
"I see... guess I should of narrowed it down a bit, but oh well. So are you a hunter?"

"Aja Dawnhart, professional whacker of hammers."
Yazrin cracks a smile as another of his arrows finds the eye slit of the second target, dropping it in a pile or armor pieces. The third target pulls out a crossbow and fires back at Yazrin who dives into a roll to the side, popping back to his feet and firing off his second shot, hitting the target dead where the heart would be.
