Ruby is swimming in the stream again
Beren, the bearded halfling, and the air genasi woman have finished setting up their equipment. The genasi has just finished warming up the strings of a violin. The halfling has just finished tuning up a banjo and practicing some vocal riffs. Beren has temporarily covered his piano and is warming up a harmonica. They all begin to play, "Midnight Train to Memphis" with the halfling taking the lead.

*Depending on who happens to be singing, the kind of music the band plays will change. The halfling sings gruff vocals and so takes care of most of the hard rock and some bluegrass. Beren likes the chill style of Billy Joel and other similar artists. The genasi likes more ethereal vocals and will take the lead on some of the more traditionally medieval ballads. In this case it's the halfling.*
