He punchs the kobold, using extra attack to hit 4 more times, along with expending a ki point for flurry of blows to hit 2 more times:
Attack: 15 Damage: 7 + 4 bludeoning.
Attack: 24 Damage: 6
Attack: 18 Damage: 13
Attack: 19 Damage: 7
Attack: 31 Damage: 7
Attack: 19 Damage: 9
Attack: 19 Damage: 13 make a strength save or take additional 6 bludeoning and be pushed 15 ft away
(All of this is non lethal by the way, if it goes over total max health thats just unconciousness)
