"Fine, but don't expect something amazing.. What's the target?"
Max smiled a bit before spying a tree about 50 feet away. "There is a oak tree about 50 feet from here. aim towards the center"
"Alright." He took aim with the bow and arrow, then let the arrow fly.
18 to hit.
max smiled "Good job".
He loaded his arrow, aimed it, then released it. 10 to hit
Silver listens to the thuds of the arrows in the distance. "Who won?"
"You did" he said, turning around "You see, even without your sight, you won. I could see and yet i failed"
"You just told me where to shoot, and I shot. It's not like I shot a flea off a needle, it was just a tree."
"well how about this, when a acorn fall's from the tree, hit that." he said and chuckled
"Fine. You're gonna have to be quiet so I can listen for it." He gets in position, arrow ready to fly at a moments notice.
Maxwell nodded, understanding.
After what felt like forever waiting, some leaves rustled and an acorn fell. Silver let his arrow fly the moment the leaves started rustling.
21 to hit
Maxwell's eyes widen in both surprise and amazement. He claps happily for silver.
Silver blushes a bit. "That was a lucky shot." He mumbled.
*Silver, who is blind, literally hit a mid-air acorn from 50 feet away before it even fell halfway down the trunk of the tree it fell from. what a world*
*Silver: *hits acorn*
Max: *extreme applause**
Max smiled and stood up from his grassy seat on the ground. "ya see! You did it!" He said happily.
"No, I can't see." There was a ghost of a smile on his lips as he said it, though.
"you know what I meant" he said and placed a hand on silver's shoulder "even without sight, your pretty awesome"
His face became a light shade of blue again. "Hardly."
"well I just saw you hit a acorn with a arrow, that was pretty awesome" he said
"I-uh, huff, fine. I can sometimes do some cool stuff! You happy now?"
Max gave him a smiling look of satisfaction "admit it to yourself. Not me"
"If I could see, it'd be my brain from how hard I'd roll my eyes right now if it wasn't unnecessary."
He chuckled and patted his back "you drink? Lets call it a "silver celebration""
"Nothing to hard. Mostly wine and occasionally ale."
"then I'll buy you a wine" He said and started walking back
"Alright, but only because you're paying for it." Silver walked with him.
Max chuckled "you wouldn't hang out with me if I wasn't paying" he said
"I don't even know your name, yet."
"I told you when you woke up... I suppose you were still groggy so I don't blame ya." He said "I'm Maxwell Lead"
"It seems like you know my name already, but I might as well do it properly, I'm Silver."
"very nice to meet you silver" he said and chuckled
"Likewise, Max."
Beholds the door open for silver. When he does, one of his eyes twitch, he quickly shakes it off.

"So have you learned your lesson?"
"There wasn't one to learn"
"How about "Gauge your battles properly"? That seems to be a good idea."
"I did, you just pulled out this stupid net."
"Thats true, but still, anything is fair in a fight. Just be glad i didn't kill you"
