Yeah Max is blind at the end of Season Four. But that doesn’t mean she can’t be cured.
I thought her eyes were like destroyed.
They were. But I still have a feeling there’s a way to heal her. Like an epic quest or something.

Itd be awesome but unstoppable if Vecna gave the monsters some of his powers.
I think her eyes were blank as a parallel to her mind being blank. Once she's back she'll get her eyes back.
Did vecna have distinctive eyes, one wonders? might that be the tell that he's come too, when her eyes change colour?

also worth noting that the upside down has now linked to Hawkins, so perhaps she will be able to see the upside down?
