Lelie opens her eyes, seeing a starry sky all around her. The impossibly long body of some giant creature is wound around the void, covered in grasping arms and tentacles. An enormous red eye, about the size of the castle itself, stares down on her from above.
"Ahem.... BE NOT AFRAID, MORTAL. Err, that's what they say, right? Never mind."

Durirak, Borth, and Thaxora are holding a mini-funeral for Lelie, burning incense next to some flowers and a picture of her, outside of the pawn arena hall.
*Depression*
*For what, my OOC nonsense, or what my characters are doing?*
*Yes.*
Rex, who's been wandering the castle, happens upon this
They are all sitting on the floor next to each other with their eyes closed, as though going through a moment of silence right now.
*Yep. Depression all around. At least OOC one isn't serious!*
He sits down a few feat away as quietly as someone in full plate mail can, watching silently
They all seem to finish within a few seconds of each other, standing up. Borth and Thaxora glance over a few times as they talk to each other, but Durirak just stands in front of the shrine and wistfully stares at it.

Only Borth turns to look at them. "Thank you.... it was just so.... sudden."

Thaxora is a goblin who has a half-shaven head of deep red ginger hair, and her one eye is a bright sapphire blue, she wears leather armor under a small hooded cloak, with two daggers sheathed to her belt. Lelie was an albino kenku wearing a deep emerald green gown, and Borth is a kobold who has a sort of brass color, he wears leather armor slightly similar to Thaxora, just slightly lighter colored, and he carries a boomerang next to a dagger on his belt, and on the opposite side is a small crossbow with a quiver of bolts, and some slightly large pouches of potentially tools dangle from his back on some sort of clips.
*Just a little something I've thought about over my time gone, I kinda don't want for statements like that to be said around at least my characters, it takes away everything about a characters death, like the emotional impacts on those who knew the deceased, the struggle of the ones who knew them has when they try to deal with that death, etc. If death is simply just a minor obstacle that can be solved in a single spell, it makes a character death just.... meaningless, y'know? I'd appreciate a small retcon just for that little bit, if you wanna.*
