 Would it be possible for him to know who has access to this scanner?

 You know Ralf would, and the captain probably does, but no one else.

 Camil takes a deep breath, then shapechanges their left arm into a direct copy of Ralf's, down to the fingerprints, then uses the scanner

 The door opens. A bunch of steam and smoke comes out, and as it clears you see a long corridor, pipes cris-crossing the floor. You see a man in a dark cloak and a man with blond hair cutting these pipes, and by doing so, starting fires.

 "Well this isn't suspicious," Camil says, unwrapping the device he has, "Now tell me, are you two sabatoging the ship?"

 They run away.

 Camil chuckles, aiming down the hallway and firing two caliber nets at them. Could they both make dex checks plese?

Now, he decides to go and find Truff and Camil to see if they discovered anything. Tel'chan is set on finding the murderer, and killing them.

fred, chiiling in his room, hears a bang outside. he goes out to see what happened and see's people running around talking about a murderer. he snorts.

"no murderer will get to me!"

 no but his brother will, someone says behind him as he conks fred on the head, and drags him to some far off room.

 So is Zalius. After his near-death experience, he is singleminded on his quest for revenge. He trusts no one except Chan and Ralf now.

 Yes, Tel'chan and Zalius have been with each other for a while now, so Chan has full confidence that he can rely on Zalius to help him hunt down the murderer.

Sorry for being gone, let’s assume someone filled Varis in, he was in his room with fang, relaxing with orange juice. No on fang he wanders around looking for clues with anyone who will let him, and he is sad about Ralf going.

 As Chan runs through the ship, he passes Varis, and tells him to watch his back, because the murderer is out and about somewhere. 

“Okay, I will.”

Truff is heading in the direction of the shriek he heard earlier. What does he find?
