Samaritan is inside the restaurant before opening, hanging up Christmas decorations despite not celebrating it himself. An old radio plays rock music from a time before it was considered good. He sets up the Christmas tree, filling the base with water, hanging to lights on it, and placing ornaments on its boughs. He stares at it, a bit disgusted at the look of it but shrugs it off.
The Herald is practicing Tai Chi outside, humming to himself as he moves. His movements are fluid, like he's done this millions of times.
Doctor Gigli and his assistant, Adeline, are also hanging up Christmas decorations as they do celebrate the holidays, specifically Adeline does. They are hanging up little things like garland and door gummy things on the windows.
