Tim is walking around the open field he was told to go to, his hands in his jacket pockets as he looks around nervously. He questions his voice with every moment, but doesn't run or anything just yet.
After he crests a small hill, Tim can see the horrific silhouette of the Spelljammer in the distance, casting a grim shadow over the landscape. It appears almost like a nautilus in design, with a large whorled shell connected to a hellish maw of tentacles that bury themselves in the soil. The entire ship is made of a grotesque mixture of parts both mechanical and biological, with glistening raw flesh visible in the gaps between its metal and bone plates.
He can see the crooked sunflower standing at the entrance to the abominable vessel, looking out at the plains towards the sun.
He makes his way towards the terrifying ship, his eyes unwittingly analyzing every nook and cranny of the vessel, with what he thinks is fear. The magic flowing in his eyes enhancing his vision, letting him see things no one else would be able to. He eventually stands next to the sunflower, looking down at his hands, clasp tightly together, fidgeting immensely.
It doesn't turn to face him, but still notices his arrival. "It's beautiful, is it not?" It speaks, looking up at this world's Sun with equal reverence and hunger.
They look up to the sun for a moment, looking into it before replying "K-kinda... it's... bright..." He says, not really knowing what to add, unfortunately enough.

"That, Tim, is our goal. Something so grossly incandescent... surely its taste must be just as brilliant. Just as sublime. Once our work is done, I may let you have a piece of it yourself." It is silent for a second, looking up at the star in the same way a starving man would gaze upon a Heroes' Feast. "But alas, we have work to do before that. Follow me." It adds, uprooting itself from the soil and shambling through the open doors of the Spelljammer itself.

Tim stares at the sun for merely a moment longer, interested in if it is truly worth it all, and if it is, what it does taste like before following after them inside the Spelljammer itself, continuing to look back at the ground, the magic always rolling off of him seems to be heavier than usual, though he doesn't seem to notice.

*oh uh yeah sure, anyone you specifically feel like using or should I pick? Or should I just put up my characters and you choose yourself?*
*Eh, I don't really got the energy to pick so you picking would be cool if that's good with you man.*
*Merabelle and Paracelsus?*
*Of course my friend.*
Paracelsus is in her lab, making explosives like any other mad scientist would, cackling all the way as she does so. She has also gonna a new doormat outside of her lab for those who want to clean their feet before entering and when exiting.
Merabelle is working out in the forest, in her workout clothes like always, doing push up, crunches, calf raises, reverse pulls ups, about everything she can to maintain her physique, humming a song to herself as she does so.
Thirteen knocks on the door politely.
Riotan is wandering around the woods aimlessly.
The cackling stops as she opens the door "Oh hello professor."
Eventually, Merabelle notices them "Oh hey there sweetheart." She says, smiling and waving.
“Hello my dear lass, I thought we might get in one last lesson before the holiday season.”
“Hi!” He waves back and approaches.

The mad devourer of light leads Tim to a collection of blueprints it has created- all of them depicting a great and horrific device. It almost resembles a giant funnel, made with overlapping metal rings embedded with crystals and etched with runes, that all feeds into a colossal canister made of some unknown substance connected to the machine. From this colossal canister, an array of tubing and pipes all connect to another machine that feeds into another, smaller container.
"These are the designs I have made for the device that will actually siphon the sun's core essence. This... is our final task. Once this is made, all that's left is to fly there and dine among the stars."

Eventually, he points to one of the pieces on the blueprint for the larger canister "I... don't want to be rude, b-but that wouldn't work. I-it would melt from the heat and destroy the ship." He says, before looking back down to his thumbs, fidgeting with them again "B-but you probably knew that already, sorry." Tim's prodigious intelligence shining through his meek nature.

The sunflower's interest is piqued, and it turns to the blueprints itself. "Let me see... you're right. We should be able to circumvent that by adding the Shadowfell shards in a similar way to the outer rings... but we'd also need to change the width of the connecting valves for that, which increases the processor's intake..." It also begins thinking about how everything would fit together, though it has to retrieve a separate paper and pencil to map out the new equations- it can't do that all in its head like Tim, but clearly has had a lot of practice.
