*So the character I'm thinking of is a sort of artificial boogeyman created to instill fear in the populace for some nefarious reason. A literal strawman.*
The wolfman is taking down wanted posters for himself, putting a 2,000 gold bounty on him for "disrupting commerce and peace."
*I was trying to come up with more characters to post, but my mind is cluttered right now with character ideas and Araki's advice.*
*I understand, honestly I’ve been running low of character ideas recently, but I think it’s for the best at the moment.*
They see the lanky person seated next to a comically large backpack, a sign next to them saying ‘Anything you could ever want, just ask’ The man seems to be just sitting there, his face hidden by his cloak.
He looks over at the hooded figure and, curious, approaches. "Can you get me..." He rubs his chin. "Nah, I can't afford that. How much would a box of matches cost?"
He tilts his head, a lanky arm bending unnaturally to reach into the backpack, the sound of bone breaking as he moves, pulling out a box of matches, strange runes in them “Here you go, would you like anything else with that?” Their voice near silent, yet perfectly heard.

*That sounds very cool in my opinion, but I like all your characters so idk man.*

"Well, I'd like my gas bill paid so I don't freeze, but you don't seem like that kind of miracle worker!" He laughs somewhat uncomfortably, taking a look at the box. "Uh, would two coppers work? I don't have much to spare right now."

He snaps his fingers, a shining white smile glistening from the darkness of the cloak, and he pulls a paper out of the backpack “Paid. You have no need to pay me back at the moment, I can wait for when you have enough to pay in return. After all, I’m patient enough.”

"Hey, I, uh, don't do contracts, so I'll be paying you back in coin once my books start selling." He's nervous, but trying to be stern. "No children or hearts or anything, alright?"

*How about you choose characters based on other people’s characters? Just a suggestion.*
