Damian is outside of the Inn, standing at his garden, calming explaining to a deeply intoxicated woman that for a fact, he is married.
“You are worth loving… We haven’t had genuine love in far too long too. Maybe I’m just love starved, but I love you.”
“Okay… Do you want to get it together?” She asks, rubbing their chest with her soft hands and smiling softly up at them.
"You've the capability of keeping a marriage together?" Saphuno asks teasingly from behind him as she rests a bit of her weight on his shoulders.
"I-I love you, too." he smiles, hugging them.
"Well, there-in lies the rub. If she still cares about him, we very well cant hurt him." he says, frowning as he thinks.
He rolls his eyes, looking up to them, and smiling at them softly “I’ve been able to keep you around haven’t I?” He hugs her before shooing away the woman.
“Thats… amazing… to hear.” She pulls back, her eyes slitted.
“Maybe, but a great thief doesn’t get caught.” She says, booping them on the nose “And you’re soon to be wife is one of the best.”
"Quite the opposite, darling." she muses, pulling his collar. "Who was that?"
"And I love you in a way, too, Ambrosia..." he says, kissing their cheek.
"Well, alright... But after the wedding, okay?"
“Just someone drunk, maybe I know them, I probably don’t.” He chuckles, kissing their cheek.
Her eyes turn red, and she smiles before turning back to normal “Would you like some tea?”
“After the wedding, we steal it and pay for our honeymoon.”
"so, one day, infinite waffles?" he asks, eyes shining.
"No, thank you. I'll be back to my regular life soon."
Cevin follows, whistling a tune known throughout the realm.
"...we'll see. I never tried but maybe?"
"Good. Glad. And by the way, since I'm trying to help find this guy... you think you could describe him?"
Eventually they arrive at the inn.
"infinite waffles!... " he says while holding his paws out in front of him, spreading them out. *imaaaagination style*
"He was short, 5'7 ish? he was definitely overweight, and his voice was just... like gravel."
He opens the door for them, smiling weakly.
Rio chuckles. "We'll see."
"Okay. Good." Mauric nods. "Maybe you should give this testimony directly to the authorities?"
"You didn't need to do that." Yod says, but smiles and enters nonetheless.
"You'll be starving with your boyfriend when the crops run out, but i'll have infinite waffles" he does the flourish again.
She shakes her head. "The 'authorites' don't really like me."
"It is my best and worst habit." he smiles, following after them.
"Both of us can go to other planes easily. We'll be fine."
"Why not?" He inquires curiously.
Yod takes a seat.
"Yeah, you'd run away from my infinite waflles... Okay, i'll stop." he chuckles.
"Cant really say."
Cevin sits next to them, humming softly still.
"If they were infinite, they'd crush you, wouldn't they?"
"...okay. Maybe I should go check with this Mac guy you told me about then..."
Yod looks down at him as he takes out a twig from his jacket and begins whittling.
"You and your friggin logic." he says, crossing his arms and pouting.
"Maybe." she says, turning away from him.
"S-so, Yod... What do you do around here?..." *best awkward date ever*
"Well, I got some stuff I need to do outside before the full night cold sets in, so you just get accustomed to your powers for the rest of the day, mmkay?" Rio gets up and smiles. "You need anything else?"
Mauric looks concerned but doesn't know what to do further.
"Well, I just got here, but I really like carving wooden weapons and building models of cities. I have a sweet Waterdeep panorama model."
"No, I'm good." he says, smiling.
"well, go on." she says.
"Well that sounds quite entertaining, perhaps you ought to show me one day." he smiles, pulling out a travel log. "I like to write."
*good end?*
Mauric nods and heads over to Mac.
“What do you write?”
*yeah, want anybody else?*
Mac is trying warlock spells.
"I write about my travels when I go places with my father." he reads an entry wistfully.
*anyone you’d like would be good. if you don’t want to pick I’ll go with Saphuno*
Mauric walks over to him after checking with several other people he didn’t know. “Excuse me, but are you Mac?”
Yod leans over to try and read it too.

"Well, I'm glad to see you keeping it in your pants, darling." she kisses his cheek, scooping up. "How are you doing?"
"Not right now, but thank you."
"and the little wonder child will have no idea." he smiles, leaning into her.
He holds himself close to her chest “With her maybe, but with you it might be harder to do~ I’m doing well, very well. How are you?”
She makes one for herself, holding out the cup “Can you put a little blood in it?”
She kisses them softly, mixing the red and gold together.

Yod leans over to try and read it too.
"That's the name, yep!" he says, cheerfully. "How can I help you."
The passage is a beautiful description of a clearing near a river in a place called Rosaria.
Saphuno has perfected an orange tart, and is putting it on the menu.
“So I saved this lady from imprisonment the other day and she said there was some guy who was involved with both of you. I just wanted to see if you knew anything.”
Yod smiles. “Sounds nice…”
Malafasa rustles into the inn, her wings folded around herself to shield from the grating, freezing winds.

I'll lay a white rose on the cold earth, knowing it that it has not claimed your soul.
"Only guy I had a problem with was a guy who short changed me, he nearly killed me. I pulled this off him though." he hands them a golden scrap of cloth, the exact same kind as they got from the woman.
"Well, we meet again. How can I help you, friend?"
“That’d be him! What can you tell me about him?”
“Was?”
She looks up, seeming a bit irritated. “I’m fine.”
The jester spots them, walking over with a few bags under their arms, a comedy mask hiding their face
The tiefling is a bit startled by this, "Um... hello."
“Hi!” He waves energetically.
The little bunyip peers up at them. Hello.

I'll lay a white rose on the cold earth, knowing it that it has not claimed your soul.
"Hello there" he says with what sounds like a grin
"Bit suprising there."
“Just someone drunk, maybe I know them, I probably don’t.” He chuckles, kissing their cheek.
Her eyes turn red, and she smiles before turning back to normal “Would you like some tea?”
“After the wedding, we steal it and pay for our honeymoon.”
He tilts his head before nodding “Say what you’ve got to.”
He tilts his head “What’s the issue? Is there something wrong?” He looks down at himself.
“Hey man, I have a boyfriend. Don’t be getting excessive.”
I have been told that…

“…you’re really sweet and I know you’re a nice guy, but I just prefer women as a whole.”
“No, I just do that to mess with people.” He responds, smirking.

The jester let's out a laugh, "Oh you think i- no, no, no. I assure you that I'm not interested"
"So, is the water nice?"
He holds himself close to her chest “With her maybe, but with you it might be harder to do~ I’m doing well, very well. How are you?”
She makes one for herself, holding out the cup “Can you put a little blood in it?”
She kisses them softly, mixing the red and gold together.
He pouts exaggeratedly. “So I’m that unappealing, huh?”
They shake their head. Very cold. So I am stiffer than usual.

He smirks with them, chuckling “Fair enough, you aren’t the only one.”

“Oh?”
