Damian is outside of the Inn, standing at his garden, calming explaining to a deeply intoxicated woman that for a fact, he is married.
“You are worth loving… We haven’t had genuine love in far too long too. Maybe I’m just love starved, but I love you.”
“Okay… Do you want to get it together?” She asks, rubbing their chest with her soft hands and smiling softly up at them.
"You've the capability of keeping a marriage together?" Saphuno asks teasingly from behind him as she rests a bit of her weight on his shoulders.
"I-I love you, too." he smiles, hugging them.
"Well, there-in lies the rub. If she still cares about him, we very well cant hurt him." he says, frowning as he thinks.
He rolls his eyes, looking up to them, and smiling at them softly “I’ve been able to keep you around haven’t I?” He hugs her before shooing away the woman.
“Thats… amazing… to hear.” She pulls back, her eyes slitted.
“Maybe, but a great thief doesn’t get caught.” She says, booping them on the nose “And you’re soon to be wife is one of the best.”
"Quite the opposite, darling." she muses, pulling his collar. "Who was that?"
"And I love you in a way, too, Ambrosia..." he says, kissing their cheek.
"Well, alright... But after the wedding, okay?"
“Just someone drunk, maybe I know them, I probably don’t.” He chuckles, kissing their cheek.
Her eyes turn red, and she smiles before turning back to normal “Would you like some tea?”
“After the wedding, we steal it and pay for our honeymoon.”
"Well, I'm glad to see you keeping it in your pants, darling." she kisses his cheek, scooping up. "How are you doing?"
"Not right now, but thank you."
"and the little wonder child will have no idea." he smiles, leaning into her.
He holds himself close to her chest “With her maybe, but with you it might be harder to do~ I’m doing well, very well. How are you?”
She makes one for herself, holding out the cup “Can you put a little blood in it?”
She kisses them softly, mixing the red and gold together.
"I am doing well also. I feel better than ever, health wise." she kisses his forehead. "I've someplace to take you, my love."
"Of course." he nods, making a nick in his wrist, holding It over their cup.
"Uhm, hey..." he says, kissing back. "I uhh, I grew a small orange tree out back, for the occasional snack for the snakes.."
“Please my love, take me away to wherever you wish for me to go.” He says, smiling at them, hugging them, his eyes shining bright and red.
A bit of blood drops into the cup, and she begins to drain it, looking them up and down.
She stands up “I think I’ll go grab one, do you want to do anything else today? Or are we just going to sit down and enjoy the day?”
"Only guy I had a problem with was a guy who short changed me, he nearly killed me. I pulled this off him though." he hands them a golden scrap of cloth, the exact same kind as they got from the woman.
"Well, we meet again. How can I help you, friend?"
“That’d be him! What can you tell me about him?”
“Was?”
She looks up, seeming a bit irritated. “I’m fine.”
"Short, 5'7 ish, fat, bad stamina, great kisser." he shrugs, "not much else to say, though I've never seen that cloth anywhere else."
"It's been ages since i've been there." he explains. "It's still wonderous, of course, I just miss it."
"I raised a kid, I know a lie when it comes in wrapped up in its wings pouting."
“Hm. Well that’s helpful. Thanks.”
“Gotcha. There are plenty of places I’ve seen that I miss. Most of ‘em in the Outlands. Which of course makes it all the harder to go back…”
“Oh leave me alone, why don’t you.” She croaks.

"I know the feeling..." he says, reaching to hold their shoulder.
"C'mon, just talk to me. Please? I'll give you a slice of tart."
“Oh? What’s his name?”
Yod lets you touch him. “That’s nice to hear.”
“Fffffffffffffine.” She grumbles, sitting down.

"I concur. Where else have you been that was truly breathtaking?" he asks, genuinely curious.
"Good." she hands them a plate with a slice of tart on it. "Milk with it, or no?"
“I’ll keep an eye out then. Thanks again.”
“Once I went to Ysgard… it was wonderful. Rugged beauty with no ends. Pretty cool, in my opinion.”

"Well then, away we go." She smiles, taking him to the garden they were married in, except, its clearly not. Its actually a clever recreation in the spring corner of Aspen.
His frame has filled out since they've met him, he's been eating better.
"I will be just fine with my fiancee and a blanket."
He looks around the recreation, his eyes shining bright as he gets out of her arms, walking around the recreation “This… is amazing… did you make this? I love it.”
She rubs a hand along them, “You are doing better than before, I’m so happy you’re doing better.” She tilts her head, licking her fangs.
She grabs a blanket and an orange, sitting next to them, putting the blanket on them and beginning to feed the orange to the snakes.

He shakes his head “It’s fine, you like who you like, and there is nothing that will change that. I would be even more of a fool to think otherwise.”
“It’s fun to mess with people. I know that better than most.”
“I’ll keep an eye out then. Thanks again.”

"Rivers are much nicer, I can agree"
“Okay. Glad you’re not mad or anything.”
