*Very good >:3 I'm here if you want to vent about it.*
*Yes please :]*
*hehe*
Lazing about on the roof of the tavern is a rogue Tabaxi, of the long haired tribe. The air about him swirls in soft eddies. His fur is dark grey, and shiny, a sign of his good health He seems to be attuned with his knives, as he throws them about, and they return a few seconds later, glowing, right to his paw.
He can see a gentleman and two officers walking over to a crime scene that appears to be surrounded by caution tape. The man leading the two officers appears to be about 30 or so, early thirties, and stands about 5'11. He has short, but slightly curly light brown hair that follows down into a scruffy beard. His eyes are nearly black, though still having the same resemblance to human eyes a white sclera. He wears a black frock coat, more so for comfort than aesthetic, underneath is a buttoned navy vest with silver buttons, and then a black button-up shirt. He also wears a pair of black breeches along with a pair of boots. He wears a pair of gloves over his hands, meant to keep his hands warm. On his head is a black bowler cap which, hidden on the rim, is a small stitched symbol of some kind.
He talks to the two officers about something before they nod and get to work, taking photos of the body and collecting the evidence.
The tabaxi smells money in the air, and he darts along to the edge of the caution tape with lightning speed.
The man sighs and fixes his gloves "I would suggest you stand five feet back please.." He says, not even turning around.

"Forgive the mess, I am trying to regain my sanity again."
“I was dead… killed… then your brother wanted to save me… by any means… he could’ve died in the attempt… he shouldn’t have tried.” He rubs her back, trying to comfort them in any way.
She sighs, quivering from her tears as well as her hunger, her makeup streaking as she holds a hand out to them, “You… I almost lost you… never again…”
the bag practically breaks from every hit, instantly repairing to not just explode under the heavy, heated blows.
"What killed you?" she demands, holding his face softly.
He takes her hand in his paw, squeezing it tenderly. "I'm sorry... I should have thought about how it would affect you.." he begins to silently cry. "I'm gonna go find something for you to eat, okay? you need more than I can give you right now.."
"Have you ever thought about training in a demi-plane?"
He looks up to her, into her eyes, wiping away her tears “A Triton, looked… familiar. Like I knew him from something.”
She pulls them closer, rubbing them softly, wiping away her own tears as she tries to speak “Okay… just… never again…” She says to herself, her mandibles clicking softly as she looks down at her hands.
He turns to them, lowering his fists “Sounds wonderful, are you offering?”

"I'll be on the look-out, okay?..." she says, sighing as she takes him to the couch, laying down.
"Of course... I'll be back, okay?" he hops out of the wagon, putting on his blindfold and bringing forth his spoon
"Of course! if you're able to withstand it there, of course. I've never taken a mortal there."
He rubs her side softly, just where she would like “I’ll be okay… he caught me off guard the first time… I’m so sorry…”
She continues to tremble and stifle her own hunger, rending flesh from her own bones just to have a moment’s respite from the pain.
He cracks his neck “We won’t know until we try, maybe I will be, maybe I won’t.”
He chuckles softly, and little weakly “Of course, my darling.” He rests with her, yawning “I’m so, so sorry.”
She opens the door, revealing the muscle and flesh tissue on her arm to be missing around her tricep as she makes her way outside, looking at the deer and giving them a weak kiss on the cheek.
He takes their hand, preparing himself mentally for… Spring.

*I forgive* "Nothing to be done... for now..." she says, closing her eyes.
"Honey...." he frowns, side stepping to let her eat, attempting to heal her tricep.
His and their corporeal form are transported through a wave of spring blossoms, and into a green matrical space. It's spans infinitely in all directions, and is completely empty. "This is the place!" they say, paws on hips. "You have 24/7 access if you'd like. Plants can grow here, and you can build anything you want with just a thought."
“Rest darling, you don’t have to worry anymore.” He whispers softly into her ear, trying to get her to fall asleep to his honeyed words and then rest himself.
It doesn’t heal from him, but it does seem to passively healing from… well likely the curse that exists in her body, which Xavier would know a bit about from her and the book. She takes into the deer, consuming it with a few minutes, though she still seems hungry.
He looks around the endless expanse of plains. He takes in a long, deep, free, breath before beginning to sprint through it as fast as he can, leaving sound behind as he just enjoys the moment.
He clings to her as well, closing his own eyes, “You should rest, I’ll be right here the whole time, I promise.”
She walks over to them, putting her hands on their shoulders, giving them a kiss on the cheek with her mandibles “It’s okay… I love you… I’m sorry I starved myself.”
Eventually, after a long while, he turns back, making it back in a few minutes. He takes some long breaths, smiling wide “Amazing, I don’t usually get a good run like that.”

"fine..." she sighs, nodding off.
"I love you too." he kisses her again. "Sorry I almost killed myself to revive my brother in law...
A water cooler appears, and they lean on it. "Thirsty, buddy?"
He decides to keep his words true, fall asleep soon after.
She picks them up, her bicep almost entirely healed already as she puts them back in the wagon “I… don’t forgive you just yet… come on…” She closes the wagon door.
He sits down next to the cooler, sweating slightly “I could take a drink, thank you.”
