He nods, before turning back to look out to the field of flowers in silence.
He nods, walking over to stand next to them, “I’m sorry, but… do you expect me to see everything bad that happens? I can’t change what’s happened already, is there anything I can do for you?”
Tony has given up on trying to worry about his wife to be, head in his hands, just crying.
"How was work?.."
"No, nothing to be done, it's over. Maybe ye put Pimento in his place, but who am I to tell ye how ta run things? I ain't in with y'all no more, any how."
When she comes to, she looks around, coming up to hold him. "hey, hey, hey.. what the heck's going on?..."
He thinks for a moment, closing his eyes and holding up his hands, “Long…” His voice gruff, but soft for her.
He nods, “Pimento will get his fair share, as you deserve yours. It would be nice to have you back Mike, but I know that isn’t likely, not soon anyway.” He sighs, lighting a cigarette.
He shudders at the touch, shaking his head as his body moves, “I… I just can’t handle this… you can’t keep doing this…”
"Fair." she sighs, getting back to her clipboard
"If he dies, I'll gladly come back." he takes a sip from a bottle of whiskey
"I'm.. sorry... I'll try to control it..."
He wipes away the rest of the blood on his hands, “I… have been waiting… to be with you… again…”
He sighs, shaking his head, “You two need to settle this… holding grudges teaches no one anything.” He lights the cigar “But who am I to judge.”
He clings to them, wiping away his tears, “Just… stop dying… please…”
"I've been waiting to see you again, too, dear." she flips the page. "I hate city planning..."
"One day, maybe." he takes another drink
"I can do that... I love you..."
“You could always… retire.” He suggests, tilting his head “I… can provide for us both…”
“All anyone can do is hope for the best… the others have missed you, you know?”
“I love you too… thank you… I just can’t take it.”
"No.. for the most part it's okay.."
"I know.. I just wanted out, couldn't stand him anymore... what he did.."
"I understand.. I love you..." *such stark differences between him and saphuno x3*
*Its very funny indeed.*
He looks up at her, his normally empty eyes showing compassion and love.
“I’m not going to pretend what you went through was terrible, I almost killed Pimento as soon as I was told.”
He sighs, standing up and hugging her, “If you say so…”
He hugs them back with just enough strength to be comforting, “L-love… you…”
“Stop drinking for a moment, will you?” He asks, taking out his cigar and crushing it in his hand.
He chuckles just a little bit, rubbing their back, “I guess…”
"Love you too." she pats his chest, just enjoying the moment
"What the hell for?" he puts the bottle on the ground
"Are you going with us to meet my grandma?"
He enjoys the moment with them, sighing happily, smiling just a bit.
“I’d prefer your brain intact. I am sorry, Pimento is sorry, I can’t make you do anything more than I’ve done. I was going to break Pimento, but I understood that he’s an idiot, and it appears he’s one who’s grown a heart, he feels deep remorse, and has tried to think of a way to make amends since. Like I said before though, he’s an idiot.” He sighs, “Give him a chance at least, not today, not tomorrow, but whenever you find it in your heart.”
“I… does your dad want me to come along? It’s… technically not my family yet… so if I am wanted to come.”
He hugs them back with just enough strength to be comforting, “L-love… you…”

She kisses his cheek, sighing. "What will we do in this new place?"
"Funny words from a guy who runs a gang, remorse. Pft. We usually didn't show remorse to debtors when we hacked them down, how does this situation warrant more forgiving then those? Also, I been drinkin' 'fore I could walk, I know how to handle my hooch."
"I think.. if you just stay out of his way, you'll be fine."
“That’s… up to you… dear.” He rubs her head, holding them with one arm.
“People can change, don’t pretend that no one can. We hurt, we don’t kill unless we have a real reason to, you know that as well as I do.” He dusts the ashes off of himself, “Funny words it may be, I’m a hypocrite, sure, but are the words any less true?”
He hugs them back with just enough strength to be comforting, “L-love… you…”

He nods “Do you want me to come with you?”
"Now, you know I cant make choices without your input."
He sighs, putting on his sunglasses, despite the dark. "If you want me back, i'm gonna need a bump in pay and a promise from you to never put me on a gig with Pimento."
"I do, I would hate to be gone so long and not see you.."
He sighs, patting her head, “You… are much better at it… than I am. I just want to do…” He looks to them.
“I can only promise one of those, and you know I would lie to you in a heartbeat about the other.” He pulls out another cigar “Double your pay, and the occasional gig with Pimento.”
He leans against them, kissing their cheek, “Well… I guess I can come along then.”
He hugs them back with just enough strength to be comforting, “L-love… you…”

"To do what, sweetie?"
"Fine, but ye ain't gonna 'xpect me ta git along."
"yay!" she smiles, holding his chest with her arms.
He raises an eyebrow before shaking his head, going back to picking flowers.
“I don’t expect you to talk to him. Much less get along.” He lights the cigar, “I should go, before the police find the body I left at the old house at the hill.”
He doesn’t even attempt to resist, “Yes dear, I’ll start packing.”
*I kinda want to make a good character. Not just a "oh, I'm constantly worried about you" or "I'm a cheerful person who always see's the good side" but an actual person and not some stereotype that is associated with good.
The idea I have in mind is an old man, perhaps in his 60-70's, based upon Bill from Left 4 Dead. A good character who stands up for what he believes in, trusts others, tries to be a force for good even if the world wants to knock him down, etc.*

“You… dear.” He takes the bundle of flowers he’s gotten, holding them out to her.
“I’ll be at the restaurant.” He flicks his cigar to the ground, crushing it before walking off.
He gets up and begins packing his things in his room.
He nods, curling his legs to his chest and watching them with joy in his eyes.
“Maybe.” He chuckles before leaving them.
He looks back to them occasionally, smiling at them happily.
