A 6'11 leonin appears in the air, crashing directly into the back part of a wagon, which seems to have held pottery, judging by the sound of the smashing. He sits up and brushes the stray bits of porcelain that was stuck on him off. His fur is a nice creamy tan, and his mane was dominantly white with black streaks peppered throughout. He wears some half plate armor that consists of shoulder pads and a chest piece. He holds an ornate-looking greataxe in his hand, the handiwork almost.... noble. He stands up and takes a step off the car and onto the path, looking around and up at the building in front of him.
*Inspiration image in spoiler :3*
Theren who was outside smoking looks at them. "Hello."
He looks over for a moment, his ear twitching. Then, as though Theren didn't matter much, he looked away, ignoring Theren as he walks up to the building, going to open the door.
Theren puts out his cigarette and walks after the newcomer. "Hello?"
The leoning barely glances at him as he enters the building.
Theren follows him and once the leoning pauses Theren pokes his arm. "Dude. Are you deaf or something?"
"No. I simply am not interested in you. You can go away now." The leonin's voice is startlingly deep and manly, and he barely turns to look at Theren as he speaks, as though Theren is just a slightly annoying dog.
"Look hombre you ain't gonna find many interesting people here. We aren't nobility or whatever." Theren says eyeing the axe on his back.
"Neither am I. I earned this through war." He sniffs, his head turning to the side to look at Theren. His look was quite passive, as though he genuinely harbored no feelings at all to Theren. "Do not take it personally. You just are not in my league."
Theren laughs. "Look buddy, no disrespect or anything but I've fought through plenty of wars and I've fought a god to save this bloody world."
"Likewise. I fought in a god's war against other gods for years on end. I went into it a little cub, and came out a grown beast."
"Well how about we swap stories over drinks. I'll buy."
"Drinking does not bring me pleasure anymore." He looked away again, cracking his neck. "Stories I wouldn't mind."
Theren raises his hands. "Alright big guy. Lets sit down and swap stories."
The leonin pulls up a chain and sits down at a table, waiting for Theren to sit across from him.
Theren sits down across from the leonin. "Oh by the way, names Theren Dotsk." he says with a nod.
"Mavimus. What story do you want to begin with?"
"Lets see. Battle of the Lance. Fought there for a while."
"Details?"
"Lots of dragonfire, death, ect. I mean it's a war. Whaddya expect?"
"Some more description of what you did. For instance, in the War for Heaven, I had to carry 4 of my comrades to safety while lemures were surrounding us, so I cleaved my way through using this very axe with one hand. My comrades lived thanks to my efforts."
Theren sighs. "I had to defend a fort by myself as dragons attacked the fort relentlessly. Most of my comrades were injured, dead, or had deserted."
"I see. How large was this fort?"
"About 1000 feet by 1000 feet. It was large."
"Uh-huh. How long did this last?"
"A whole 5 days before the reinforcements arrived. Then I was sent to another place for war."

"In the War for Heaven, I was champion for the gods of good, fighting against the gods of evil and their minions. I entered the war thirteen and came out twenty nine. The most notable moment was when it was just me, a demigod, and a minor god of war on the front lines as our side built up their forces for another push to drive the evil back. There were many enemies, lemures, minor demons, chimeras, and of course mortal enemies like goblins, orcs, hobgoblins, and wicked humans. The three of us cleaved them down, no matter what, even though we were separated by nearly a mile. By the time our side was able to provide reinforcements, each of us had built up a wall of bodies, driving the enemies back by ourselves."
