The front door, the windows, and the back door all slam open as a bolt of black smoke rushes in and dips into the nearest person's shadows. "Can't die like this" a a gravely voice says as it jumps from one shadows to another. "I can't freaking die like this" it snarls and disappears into the shadows underneath a table. 

Yacatl looks on, intruiged. *Detect good and evil*

 You can tell that this is an undead. A rather recent one.

 "You okay there, sir or madam?"

 "Im a man" it grunts. Two eyes of pure white light appear from the 2D shadows, watching Yacatl.

 "Still clinging onto your mortality?"

 "Maybe i am" he grunts again as hands appear from the shadows like from a pool of water. They are shadowy and act like smoke as they pull a featureless body out. It looks to be about 5'11 but its hard to make out anything other than limbs and eyes. 

"Well how is your unlife going so far? Seems... mercurial."

 "Why do you want to know" he snarls and tries to grab hold of yacatl's neck but his hand goes right through "G o d s" he snarls at the fact he cant even hold things.

 Yacalt chuckles. "Want something to hold on to? Even for a bit?"

 "maybe" he huffs, his hands clawing at the ground

 They produce a walking stick from his bag of holding, shifts to the border etheral and hands it to them

 He grips it admit suddenly slips from his hands and on to the ground. He narrows his eyes and grumps a bit, disappearing into the shadow of the table.

 The stick exists both in the border etheral (where ghost's hang out) and in the material (where most other stuff is). "Hope you enjoy the gift." Yacatl says, slipping back to the material

 *ah*

He tries to pick it up again and grumps "what are you" he snarls.

 "Yacatl now a days. I had a longer name, but I lost the end of it." They say, bowing

 Yacatl waves from a distance

 Azazel gives a wave back, recalling the tabaxi*

*i think they're a tabaxi

 *Yep. Although their hair is an illusion*

"How have you been?"

 "I've been good, how are you?"

 "Okay. Simply okay. Died, came back, life is hectic. Your a demon lord or was that a vision that I have gotten confused with reality?"

 "Yep, i've replaced atemos on his layer." He nods

 "Curious. And did you inherit his portfolios or did you set Gorellik free?"

 "I don't recall freeing anyone, so i guess i did."

 "Most curious. How is being a godlily persona to the gnolls then?"

 He shrugs, "It was confusing for them to lose a propper gnoll demon, but i wear a mask usually

"I see. Well at least Yeenoghu is long gone, along with his grudges."

 "Thats the hope." He nods

"One less power to want me dead is always a good thing."

 "Yep. Atleast i'm unnaffected by whatever is making things try and kill you."

"Well of course. I've learnt my lesson that running from things only leads to more of a chase... And you don't have anything worth looting last time I checked."

 "Maybe you stealing from them is whats causing this." He smirks

 "Would create a nice simple thru line. At least I learnt to run when I first did it to Rakdos, and he can't chase me... unlike the others."

 "You might not've stolen something worth a lot."

Anson is trying to get inside a locked treasure chest. 

Lore/Allison/Xan/Thatcher/Jackson/Oval are interchangable

 *Swippity swappity, isaac is now awake

Isaac walks up to xan, flopping on him

 Xan chuckles "Oi, watch where ya flop" he says and boops Isaac's nose.

 "I am watching." He smiles, "Cause i flop on ye." 

 Xan sticks out his tongue "Yes yes, your so cunning." he says and pokes him

 "i know, i know." He says, poking xan back

 Xan chuckles and lays backwards with a wild Isaac on his stomach

 Isaac smiles a bit more, "I haven't seen those hooded guys since you helped me,"

 "Thats because im intimdating" he says and grins

 "Helps that you're durable too, they pretty much took me down with one knife, and you were standing fine with three of em."

 "Thats because im also tough" he jokes

 "Yeah, you're a tough boy. Except when i bite you, those leave marks for a little."

 "Ah shush" he says and pokes him again

 "I'm your kryptonite."

 He bites his finger "take that"

 He pulls the finger, "Leggo." he says, booping xan

 "Nope" he says and chuckles

 He huffs, laying on xan more

 Xan chuckles and snuggles him

 Isaac smiles a little bit
