Rice reaches into their bag of holding and pulls out a Mask that appears to be made of pure shadow, "And then when you put it on." the mask suddenly sprouts dark tendrils, Echo needs to make a Wisdom Save DC 16

I was going to make a warforged that has been around since the dawn of time but then I saw that Wendigo was already doing it

The mask shifts into the silhouette of a devil, and Echo becomes paralyzed (Unless this is a fight or flight fear) as it becomes all Echo can see, Rice slowly, shifts as well, wings and tail sprouting, grinning shark like teeth.
Everyone else in the tavern just see normal Rice holding a black full face mask to his face

Echo sees the demon lifting their clawed hands and hears a piercing howl, then everything abruptly stops as Rice removes the mask, "Super helpful."
