Theren is inside on a couch tending to his wounds.

Phoenix is slumped against a tree outside. His is bleeding from many bullet wounds.

Mars is cleaning his sword.

The figure he met awhile ago, watches him while standing on the back of the couch.

Jack runs over to him and helps Phoenix up "Hey.. Hey! Stay awake!"

Luxx watches from up in a tree.

Theren tightens a stitch and grumbles to himself.

Phoenix leans against him, his eyes drooping slightly. "I'm trying."

Mars looks up and waves.

"Do you need help?" they asked and tilted its head.

Jack grumbles and looks down at him in a worried manner. He casts 9th level heal. Magical energy surges into him (Gain 100 hp)

Luxx waves back and grins.

Theren cuts the stitch and looks at them. "Nah. I've been through worse."

Most of the holes close as Phoenix gently squeezes Jacks hand. He looks more vulnerable and scared than Jack has ever seen him.

Mars sets down his sword and removes his helmet.

"Are you sure you dont need help?" they asked

Jack sighs and walks him back to the tavern and lays him on the couch.

Luxx takes Mar's helmet and begins polishing it.

"Yep. Just finished up." Theren says, starting to clean up his supplies.

Phoenix lays down and takes Jacks hand.

"You dont have to do that."

The figure tilts its head again but stays quiet.

jack squeezes it and sighs "We gotta find a way to get that bounty down."

"Its okay Sir Mars, i would like to help you!"

"Why do you wanna help me?" Theren asks. "Most people steer clear of me."

"Not possible love."

Mars chuckles. "Alright then."

"Your saddness makes me want to help you."

"....What about a wish spell then?"

Luxx grin and continues to shine the helmet.

Theren lets out a snort of laughter. "Oh, so your tryna fix the broken?"

Phoenix's eyes narrow. "No. That could kill you."

Mars pats their back gently. "Your doing great."

"No." They said bluntly.

"Im fine with that. Besides, i hate that you could be killed at anytime."

"Thank you Sir!"

"Then what are you tryna do? Get into my head?"

Phoenix, despite being wounded, lets go of Jacks hand and stands up. "But I'm not Jack! I can't lose you too!"

Mars smiles.

Serenity is asleep on a tree stump, slumped in both an awkward position and oddly comfy looking

A man is slumped against a tree riddled with bullet holes. He tries to sit up but collapses again.

Theren smiles and sits down next to her, covering her with his cloak.

"Say pal, you don't look so good," Vega says as he stands before the man

She mumbles something about tacos, leaning against him in her sleep

"Yeah, no kidding."

Theren smiles contentedly as he kisses her head.

"Want some help?" He offers a hand

She smiles in her sleep

Vega looks towards it, standing and walking over with interest

Theren is inside on a couch tending to his wounds.

Phoenix is slumped against a tree outside. His is bleeding from many bullet wounds.

Mars is cleaning his sword.

The figure he met awhile ago, watches him while standing on the back of the couch.

Jack runs over to him and helps Phoenix up "Hey.. Hey! Stay awake!"

Luxx watches from up in a tree.

Theren tightens a stitch and grumbles to himself.

Phoenix leans against him, his eyes drooping slightly. "I'm trying."

Mars looks up and waves.

"Do you need help?" they asked and tilted its head.

Jack grumbles and looks down at him in a worried manner. He casts 9th level heal. Magical energy surges into him (Gain 100 hp)

Luxx waves back and grins.

Theren cuts the stitch and looks at them. "Nah. I've been through worse."

Most of the holes close as Phoenix gently squeezes Jacks hand. He looks more vulnerable and scared than Jack has ever seen him.

Mars sets down his sword and removes his helmet.

"Are you sure you dont need help?" they asked

Jack sighs and walks him back to the tavern and lays him on the couch.

Luxx takes Mar's helmet and begins polishing it.

"Yep. Just finished up." Theren says, starting to clean up his supplies.

Phoenix lays down and takes Jacks hand.

"You dont have to do that."

The figure tilts its head again but stays quiet.

jack squeezes it and sighs "We gotta find a way to get that bounty down."

"Its okay Sir Mars, i would like to help you!"

"Why do you wanna help me?" Theren asks. "Most people steer clear of me."

"Not possible love."

Mars chuckles. "Alright then."

"Your saddness makes me want to help you."

"....What about a wish spell then?"

Luxx grin and continues to shine the helmet.

Theren lets out a snort of laughter. "Oh, so your tryna fix the broken?"

Phoenix's eyes narrow. "No. That could kill you."

Mars pats their back gently. "Your doing great."

"No." They said bluntly.

"Im fine with that. Besides, i hate that you could be killed at anytime."

"Thank you Sir!"

"Then what are you tryna do? Get into my head?"

Phoenix, despite being wounded, lets go of Jacks hand and stands up. "But I'm not Jack! I can't lose you too!"

Mars smiles.

"No."

"Ill be fine, i just get a nosebleed then pass out for a few minutes."

Luxx hums while shining

"Then what are you tryna do? Why do you wanna help me cause of my sadness?"

"I dont care." Phoenix says, his face turning chalk white.

Mars sharpens his sword with a whetstone.

"You are sad and i need to help."

"Ill be fine. I need to help you."

After he is done, Luxx polishes it for him.

"I dont need a therapist." Theren grumbles.

"Jack...."

"You are quite the taskmaster Luxx."
