A hooded stranger passes by the town market, casting a glance towards the crowd that gathers. Though he's intrigued, the Lord's Rest Inn is his destination, and he continues on towards the tavern. A large, clawed hand reaches out to push the door open, and the stranger enters cautiously. He pushes his hood back, revealing the youthful scarlet-scaled head of a Dragonborn, and he glances about with an innocently curious expression on his face. "Hey," he greets, in case there's a barmaid or tender nearby, looking timid in a way that is ill-suited for his hulking posture and muscular form that peeks beneath his cloak. He clears his throat. "Can I, uh, order food here?"

A normal-looking man in a blue sweater with spiral cufflinks walks over. "The owner themself hasn't been here for a while now. What can I get you?"
The Dragonborn blinks down at the man as he approaches, furrowing his scaled brow in confusion. "Hasn't been here?" he repeats, looking about the inn doubtfully. It was, admittedly, a strange way to run a business — but what did he know? The life of a tavernkeep was not one for Okin. He rocks on his feet in an endearingly sheepish sort of way, turning his gaze away from the fellow standing before him. "Well... Do you have steak here?"
