Ani takes 71 Force damage as whatever happened to those skeletons happens to them. If they survive, they are bleeding heavily and eviscerated, taking 2d10 necrotic damage every six seconds from bleeding for 1 minute or until they receive magical healing.
The eclipse rises again.
Meroving mentally sighs, as their natural regeneration kicks in. What a bunch of hooey. Hopefully I hear something more interesting after this
*Any more lyrics?*
*I am guessing Meroving's regeneration trait counts as magical healing*
*Yes and yes!*
The lyrics (I'm not writing an entire song... yet) are viciously condemning four different people for their crimes. Given that the song is hours long and doesn't get boring or repetitive at any point, it's safe to say that it was written by someone completely insane with nothing better to do. Henryk sings with flowery prose, sometimes even reaching into other languages such as Deep Speech or Celestial for dramatic effect. It's strange that he goes out of his way not to refer to them by name, instead calling them Preacher, King, Captain, and Lover. The rage and pain are very apparent, but it is a good song. Incredibly, impossibly long, but a good song. If it weren't so obviously edgy, you'd expect them to play the recording at, say, a dinner party for rebel leaders.

Do they listen to the end?
*Nope*
Meroving knits together what they can of Ani, enough to get the human out of the place. Meroving makes a mental note to return, or tell others about it later
*Mind if I have Meroving/Ani tell others about this cool thing that they should DEFNETLY check?*

With Ani looking roughly like a living creature again, you head back to the tavern, noticing that the "angels" are in high spirits now that the song has started again. "Rejoice! It is certainly the work of Henryk Argus! He is here!" They continue seeking whatever it is they were looking for initially.

Before Ani leaves, they is there anything left in the library? Specifically books on necromancy

Before Ani leaves, they is there anything left in the library? Specifically books on necromancy
The books here are primarily on the arts and business. Necronomeconomics is an interesting one tucked away in a corner. Its subtitle is How to Raise Your Income by Raising the Dead.
It has several basic necromancy spells, including Gentle Repose, Animate Dead, Revivify (somehow), Blight, and Create Undead. The Create Undead spell in this book is significantly modified, causing the ghouls to be weaker by far, but smarter and more capable of doing labor unattended. There is also a style of wrappings described in the book as making undead "pleasant to be around" and "calmer than usual."

Ani takes it, after all the locals don't look like to be using them.

Raphael looks for the critic, slightly annoyed with that obnoxious chanting from the Eclipse playing in the background
*What is the lvl for the encounter?*
Sytosc (the critic) is casually watching an enormous skeleton-aberration-centipede-woman creature rip open rotten logs and looking inside. He is a good 30 feet away.
*I have monsters of just about every CR from 1/4-28 at the ready.*

"Lots. Planning to do something about this" They state, mentioning to the abominations, "But that can wait. As for the past, just made my first warlock, so we will see how that works out."
