It's a lot of stuff, but the main take aways are as follows
1. You will gain access to the guilds pocket dimension, vault, and abyssal layer where the main headquarters is via planar magic that will be granted to you upon completing the contract until the contract ends
2. You can leave at any time but all memories made with the guild will be replaced
3. You may call in one guild favor per week, this can be any request but can be dismissed, in which case you may ask another favor. Use this sparingly.
4. If you run or try to escape/sell out the guild you will be marked as hunted, no realm is safe so spend your final days praying.
5. Free health coverage, housing, and food if you choose to move to the guild's main headquarters or pocket dimension.
6. Free access to guild smiths and equipment
and finally 7. You must always accept a guild favor asked of you if it comes from the favor disbursement bureau.
