*Okay, I'm making this character around the concept of him being "unapologetically himself." He's not forced to do anything; he just draws people into his Nightmare Engine in order to bring them on adventures and sample their dreams for specimens that he studies relentlessly. He is endlessly joyous and friendly, being basically the vibe of Halloween put into a person. In addition, in the waking world, he is basically everyone's idealized big brother, being loving, protective, and supportive (if a bit annoying) to just about anyone. He's willing to end conflicts by whatever means necessary, though he's not super strong in the waking world or anything like that.*
*His primary power, both in his Nightmare Engine and out of it, is his inexhaustible passion. Since the Nightmare is basically the Matrix, his sheer charisma is more than enough to give him absolute control over his domain, not even considering that it's his own mind that the train consists of. His primary weakness, however, is that he's dependent on other people cooperating with him. Unless they choose to enter his Engine, he can only bring them aboard when they are both A) asleep and B) near his physical form. Even then, when one of those conditions is no longer met, they are shunted off unless they agree to stay aboard with him for the duration of his "adventure."*
*He sounds like an interesting character to interact with. I need to introduce some more characters here. It's been a long while since I've roleplayed on Lord's Rest.*
A stone cold voice skips the step of riding air currents into your ears and instead just rumbles in your mind, "I SUPPOSE EVERYBODY WOULD HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY GIVEN THE CHANCE."
"But do ya got somethin' ta say to Bolan BoggleNoggle, priest of that thing!" Bolan points towards the ceiling, intending to point at the sun
The person turns their head up towards the ceiling, "ONLY THAT I WAS UNAWARE OF THE FACT THAT ROOFS HAD GODS. I REALLY MUST GET OUT MORE."

"Not the roof ya dummy! That thing!" Fire crackles at the tip of Bolans finger, shooting into the ceiling and burning a hole, letting the light of the sun spill into the tavern. Bolan stops for a second then sheepishly looks at the bar-tender "Sorry. I would offer to fix it but I don't want to. Besides, this guy" Bolan tries to clap the pale person on the shoulder, "Needs a bit more sunlight"

Your hand hits his shoulder and it is unusually hard and thin. You try to take a closer look and you see a skeleton staring down at you with a flat clap on his head and a stark white grin. A broom is propped up right next to him. I SUPPOSE I COULD GET OUTSIDE MORE. I USUALLY WORK AT NIGHT.
