Anyone who is sick, wounded, or otherwise in poor health, can see an overweight, 9-foot tall man in a frock coat and top hat, both with golden crystal forming armor around them. Bees buzz about him, flying in and out of his apparel. What used to be fluffy fur around his collar and hair on his head have been coated in yet more opaque crystal, leaving nothing but a dark hole from which a single, glowing eye gazes out and crooked teeth gleam.
*This is Fischer, I just wanted to get an idea of how I would describe him with his current new design*
Fischer is playing his harp once more. He's singing this time. Still in purgatory, though. Truesight would reveal him since purgatory is effectively the Ethereal plane when it comes to spells in this instance.
"These emotions taking over… My, what a sight, My, my, what an interesting sight! Your tears, My blood, My honey...
Sorry, but things have changed, You’re not the girl I used to know... It’s killing me! And in the depths of my memories, Your stories echo from the past, Because your fears caught up with you at last!"
A carriage makes its way down the path to the tavern. It is drawn by a pair of mechanical horses that look almost real, well.. except for the metal bodies and eyes. The carriage is painted but terribly faded, once a lovely gold and orange color.
It stops about 30 yards from the tavern. The horses snort, smoke curling from their noses. The door creaks open as a woman steps out. She has short cut, wavy black hair that pools around her shoulders and fair skin the color of almonds that is smattered with freckles. She wears a white blouse, a very long sleeved beige cardigan, and a long beige skirt that sweeps across the grass. (Anyone with True sight can see crimson strings that are tied around her throat, wrists, and ankles that go up into the sky magically, with no end in sight).
She claps her hands as mechanical people resembling halflings seem to appear from the inside of the small carriage. She hums happily and watches as they begin to take apart the carriage as if it were a puzzle and rebuild it into a small workshop. A sign is hung from the top "DOLLMAKERS EMPORIUM!" in bright, curvy gold lettering. She nods, pleased with the look.

*I assume at least some of the puppets can see him, since they have artificial life?*

*I assume at least some of the puppets can see him, since they have artificial life?*
*Yep!*
One of them turns and tilts its head before wandering over to her and tugging on her skirts. She tilts her head and picks it up, holding it like a mother would to a child. She listens to it as it whispers in her ear before looking to where it is pointing.
She sets them back down "He says he can hear you and see you. I can't. Tell me how I can dear." She smiles.

The saccharine slayer tilts his head.
"I am not sure that is a good idea. Only those close to the state or plane of the non-living can see and hear me. I assume you have some magical capabilities, given your exquisite craftsmanship, I am unsure if you could even be capable of directly interacting without causing harm to yourself."

She listens to the robot again as it explains it to her before she clucks her tongue. "Dear, I always have one foot in the grave. I'm just surprised I can't see because of it." She pulls out a screwdriver and lifts the hair from the back of her neck. When she is done, she gives the screwdriver back to the robot. She then proceeds to pulls her head off her shoulder, a complete artificial nervous system, organ system, skeletal system follows after it like roots of a tree.
