A very tall, very conventionally attractive man with paper-white skin and hair enters the building. He wears a warm sweater, a expensive-looking wide brimmed hat, and a long, grey coat. Overall, they are dressed for much colder weather. He doesn't seem bothered by the tempurature, though. His satchel has a depiction of a shield with twig of belladonna crossed over it. He carries no visible weapons.
"Hello there, everyone. Has anyone seen anyone pass through here that looks exactly like me, but worse dressed and very rude?"
"Evil twin?"
The man chuckles. "I really wish it were that simple."
"It usually is. Would a hired knife fix the problem?"
A shadar-kai opens the door and strolls in. He is wearing a necklace of berbalang claws, and rough, black clothes, and carries some used daggers and swords. He asks if they serve umber hulk tears as a beverage here, then looks around.
"Only on tuesdays, that's when we play Bambi. We have a nice collection of apple juice on the other hand."
"That's alright," he says. His voice seems to have an underlying hum or buzz to it, as if a bee was flying nearby. "I'll try some of the apple juice, then."
T-I serves some. "And who might you be?"
"My name's Raniplukna. Just call me Rani, though. Who are you?"
A shadar-kai opens the door and strolls in. He is wearing a necklace of berbalang claws, and rough, black clothes, and carries some used daggers and swords. He asks if they serve umber hulk tears as a beverage here, then looks around.
"Only on tuesdays, that's when we play Bambi. We have a nice collection of apple juice on the other hand."

"Mhm." Kinsley pours a glass of completely normal apple juice, "And who do I bill this to?"

The shadar-kai were rapidly approaching, marching between two of our three lakes, when the water in both lakes supposedly rose into the air and formed giant serpents, then destroyed the shadar-kai forces. I heard this all from a friend of mine, an old dragonborn who fought in that war."
