The shadar-kai were rapidly approaching, marching between two of our three lakes, when the water in both lakes supposedly rose into the air and formed giant serpents, then destroyed the shadar-kai forces. I heard this all from a friend of mine, an old dragonborn who fought in that war."
"I see, who were the shadar-kai?"
"Well, I am a shadar-kai, but was not raised among them. I have no idea why. I just know that the first thing I remember was living in Odraserdo."
