William is opening up the Red Plate for the breakfast rush. He is humming as he cooks abyssal eggs in a pan. Unseen Servants work around him. The air smells of pancakes, crepes, fresh fruit, meat, bacon, and spices. People have already walked in, sitting down and chatting idly.
Vincent is outside with Antonio, doing laps around the tavern ground. He looks slightly tired but is smiling for the most part, Antonio cheers him on.
A ship has pulled into the port of the harbor near the tavern. The ship is printed with the name "Nuestra Señora de la Luz" on the side. A man steps off the bridge, dressed in a white cotton shirt with open buttons, a pair of black dress pants, a sweater tied around his waist, and black, ankle-heeled boots. A single gold earring glints in the sunlight. He carries a bag around his shoulder, a satchel of sorts. His skin is the color of honey, his eyes the color of chocolate. His hair is swept back and it and his beard are the color of raven's feathers.
Nick watches from a distance.
A ragtag group of stormtroopers eyes the man from under an awning.
Vincent sees him and waves, grinning.
The man raises a brow, throwing a warm smile their way.

Old blood, somehow still fresh, is upon the slab. Many small white, blue, pink, and purple flowers grow around it. There is a feeling of old rites and dark memories on this place, thick as the odd mist that surrounds the place. You could swear it’s never been there before, though… almost as though it had been sequestered away for many centuries…

Phoenix is outside enjoying the cool air while reading.
Nick is on the roof of the tavern with his legs up to his chest.
Deep in the woods a small camp is being made. The remnants of the Empire's troopers are gathered there.
Caramel sits next to him. <I knew this would happen.>
"Shut it cat."
<I thought you said I wouldn’t be able to get under your skin. Or something like that.> Caramel surveys him smugly.
"You don't. It’s just your voice is driving daggers into my bleeding skull."
<You think this is bad? It’s telepathy. The gentlest contact your brain could ever have with another. But I could also destroy your mind by constantly sending you the sound of a mosquito right in your ear.>

"Please." he says, rubbing his temples
<Okay.> Caramel sits back calmly and remains quiet.
