*Riotan is good. Very good. From a writer's chair, I love him and think he deserves better than Felix as his nemesis.*
*So, I should ask: What is Felix in your eyes? I'm trying to gather other peoples' perspectives on the subject, because he's just so weird I don't know what to think of him.*
*I think Felix doesn’t have the best grasp on other people’s motives, and I don’t think he always cares why. He doesn’t view the ethics of his actions or others in a necessarily complex way. I’d say he thinks his own goals are more important by default than those of others. Though I’m not great at character analysis, sorry if I misread him.*
*I don't think he has very good critical thinking skills when it comes to people at all. He's got a lot of love in his heart, and that blinds him to how utterly vile some people are.*
*You are mostly right in that he feels entitled to his goals, but he's just highly dedicated to whatever he sets out to do. He lacks any introspection and most self-awareness, but that is by choice. He stares into the abyss and fights monsters on a regular basis, and he is very afraid of what that has done to his soul. This is exacerbated by the hate he has received for his culinary tastes relating to monsters. If you are what you eat, what is he?*
*He doesn't want to know how bad he is. Which is unfortunate, because I desperately do. Maybe he has hidden depths, but I don't really know myself.*
The ring is cold to the touch- it's not painful, but it's so incredibly cold. "Huh, I'd never thought of carrying it like that." Omori starts to shape the shadow into a crude ring shape.
She chuckles "It's beautiful, I'll give you that."
"Thanks! I'm still new to making them- Overall, I'm fairly new at shadow magic in general." She looks close to finishing the new ring, but it collapses back into liquid. She sighs and starts the process again.
"You seem pretty good at this though." She nods, chuckling
"Oh, thank you!" She continues working on the ring, pausing for a second as she thinks of something. "You said you met other Elder Evils before. What were they like?"

A harpy is running around in a circle screaming "JOB! JOB! JOB!"
Klei is staring at this from a little bit away, looking scared to approach despite the fact that he would appreciate employment greatly.
he eventually poops himself out, so he switches lying face down on the ground and shouting "JOB!"
Klei strides over to him and looks down. “Uhh… job?”
"JOB!" he springs to his feet.
*hi*
*sorry i missed this*

The shadows of the nearby trees seem to stretch further towards the two, twisting and writhing as they encroach. Omori seems a little surprised, and a little nervous. "Ah, speaking of which, I think we have her attention. I'll go with you- you know, show you the way there."

The shadows coalesce into a pitch-black pool of darkness a few feet in front of them- a gateway to what is presumably Omori's and her boss' home. Omori looks visibly nervous.
"Well, I'll show you the way- we don't want to keep her waiting." She walks over to the rift, taking another step and falling through the portal and out of sight. The surface of the pool ripples as though it were liquid.
