The ring is cold to the touch- it's not painful, but it's so incredibly cold. "Huh, I'd never thought of carrying it like that." Omori starts to shape the shadow into a crude ring shape.
She chuckles "It's beautiful, I'll give you that."
"Thanks! I'm still new to making them- Overall, I'm fairly new at shadow magic in general." She looks close to finishing the new ring, but it collapses back into liquid. She sighs and starts the process again.
"You seem pretty good at this though." She nods, chuckling
"Oh, thank you!" She continues working on the ring, pausing for a second as she thinks of something. "You said you met other Elder Evils before. What were they like?"
"Delicious." She says fondly "Don't worry, I don't want to hurt yours."
"Interesting... I think the two of you would get along well, then."
"I suppose." She chuckles "I'll be on my best behavior."
The shadows of the nearby trees seem to stretch further towards the two, twisting and writhing as they encroach. Omori seems a little surprised, and a little nervous. "Ah, speaking of which, I think we have her attention. I'll go with you- you know, show you the way there."
Stroth nods, waving a hand. Her workout clothes turn from that to a lovely long black dress with lace like spiders crawling down her arms and legs. Her long blonde hair ties up in a ponytail on its own.
The shadows coalesce into a pitch-black pool of darkness a few feet in front of them- a gateway to what is presumably Omori's and her boss' home. Omori looks visibly nervous.
"Well, I'll show you the way- we don't want to keep her waiting." She walks over to the rift, taking another step and falling through the portal and out of sight. The surface of the pool ripples as though it were liquid.
*I want Felix to be a better person, but I'm not sure how to do that without completely rewriting him. I want him to be a flawed hero, not a redeemable villain.*
The first thing Stroth notices is that the other side of the portal is incredibly cold. The second thing is that all of their surroundings are entirely drained of color: Grey stone cliffs, very small patches of grey vegetation, a jet black sky devoid of stars, and a greyscale mansion at the end of a long greypath. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this place is the domain of something very powerful and probably very sinister. Omori seems relieved to see her.
"Oh thank goodness you made it. The gates can be fickle at times. Now, she's just up ahead." She gestures to the manor in the distance.

She bows to her "Thank you honey, let me know when I can see you again. You were lovely to speak to." She walks down the path and through the gates.
A harpy is running around in a circle screaming "JOB! JOB! JOB!"
Klei is staring at this from a little bit away, looking scared to approach despite the fact that he would appreciate employment greatly.
he eventually poops himself out, so he switches lying face down on the ground and shouting "JOB!"
Klei strides over to him and looks down. “Uhh… job?”
"JOB!" he springs to his feet.
*hi*
*sorry i missed this*
“So you’re looking for an employee? To do what?”
"YEs! Boss needs retainer for clients! You get pay good!"

At the manor, Stroth can't shake the feeling that she's being watched. Virtually everywhere she looks save for directly up, there is at least one eye carved or chiseled or drawn onto some surface with startling detail. The doors to the main hall swing open on their own as she approaches.

Yuri is in Oswald's office, pacing around. She has finished the frame work for the cart, has has Loriche make the canister for the source of energy, but now she just needs the source. She has gone through every source possible but only a few seem good enough.
Father Luciano is with Morgana, the two discussing plans to build a fruit orchard for the townsfolk.
Honeywhisker is setting up incense around her call, humming to herself as she lights each one.

*Basically Riotan thought Felix said something he demonstrably did not. Felix would probably be okay with Rag's violence since Riotan kind of screamed at him for a bit and called him a dishonorable cheat. Felix wasn't upset, but he wasn't happy.*
*Really? I guess you're right. The more I think about him, the more fun and nuanced he seems to get. He's got so many little details. I never had to come up with multiple reasons why a character is not a cannibal.*

The recognizable sway of the Graverobber’s hips can be found at a nearby graveyard, doing exactly what you would expect from someone with that title. Her face hidden from view by her hat, although a slight smirk is on her face as she uses the pickaxe to steal.
