"I see. Very cool. Fighting spirits, even if you have another spirit to help you, is really hard. Even as a spirit myself I sometimes have trouble."
"Oh no, like what?" He sits down, crisscross applesauce on the ground.
"A lot of people try to get in on it. They think because I'm the King of Spectres or something that I'm automatically a bad guy. But your morality is based on your actions and intent at the moment, not who you are as a person. So really, I only fight when I know I'll be the good guy. The issue is that if I miss, it causes a lot of collateral damage, and I only want to kill the Spectre I'm hunting. Cause they can just come back after they die. People are a bit different. It's a big shock to be sent to the afterlife when you were just doing good a moment ago."
"You don't seem like a bad guy!" He says, grinning "after hearing all that, yeah! You don't seem like that at all!"
"I'll be back, I'm gonna order the food." She says, sauntering away to Saphuno at the bar.
"Okay!" He chirps, fixing his hair, trying to push it back but failing at it poofs back up
She comes back, beaming. "I got that one thing you had the most of when I first met you, the lamb? it seemed like a safe bet. So, how ya been?"
"Pretty good! Been training my body mostly." He flexs, his muscular form making itself known under the fluffy "Getting pretty good in case someone needs help!"

"You're looking strong, Alix" She looks away after a second, flushing softly. "I'm glad to hear you're working on yourself, i've been doing the same, actually, I went to the Harpy King for help."
He laughs lightly "Thanks! I try.." he tilts his head, blinking "The Harpy king? Who is that?" He asks, looking concerned.

His tail wags, thumping against the ground "Of course! Everyone should be happy. It feels wrong we just yell and call people out cuz their different."
“Can’t. Every mouthful tastes like the blood of the innocents they kill.”
Šeansal makes his way to the inn.
"I swear, if my kid's f[GP]ed up like you.."
Jax is curious, confused, as he tracks the scent to the inn. He follows, not close enough to be found.
Thirteen smiles absentmindedly. “Don’t worry. Only an elf could feel this much paranoia and ennui.”
Šeansal sits at a booth, raising his bandanna.
"...'kay...."
Jax stabs his knife into the table in front of Šeansal. It's still bloody. "Hello, friend."
Thirteen gathers his papers into a rectangular heap and lays his head against it. “You and Damian will make terrific parents, don’t worry.”
“Mut il dath suna.” He growls.
"I really need to start spiking your drinks..."
"I don't know what the f[GP] that means... but I have business with you." He pulls out another dagger, one he got from Marie. "This is tipped with black wyvern poison. So, why'd you shoot at me?"
“And that, my dear lass, is what we call a crime.”
“Don’t spin false tales about me, boy.” He says quietly, looking straight ahead. “I have no idea what you are talking about.”

I'll lay a white rose on the cold earth, knowing it that it has not claimed your soul.

He laughs lightly "Thanks! I try.." he tilts his head, blinking "The Harpy king? Who is that?" He asks, looking concerned.
"He's like a counselor" she says simply. She tries to put him at ease with a smile, holding his paw gently.
He nods, smiling softly "Well that's good. We all need someone to talk to after all." He nods, his ears lowering in a show of comfort "I just want to make sure your safe is all."
"You know it, man." He takes a bite out of his cold food. "Most people would have already written me off by the time I mentioned Hell, but you stayed and listened to me. That's really cool. Name's Marvin. Nice to meet you." He holds out a hand to shake, not insisting, but offering.
Mauric shakes his hand. “No problem. I’m Mauric Tabrahain. The custodian here.”
"Heh. You must get stories like mine all the time. Big man with a big gun who thought he could rule the world, but found out he ain't so big after all. Of course, most people learn in different ways than I did."
“No, actually, I don’t usually talk to a lot of patrons. But most people come in earlier in the day, at least if they want a room.”

"And you wonder why I was kicked out of my realm." she snorts, sitting down.
"Wrong answer." he says, dragging the blade of the poison tipped dagger across Šeansal's cheek. "I know your smell, I smelled it.. and now i'm smelling lies." To cut: 4 Damage: 2
“No, not until now at least.”
Šeansal doesn’t react in the slightest. “Ah. I misunderstand. I thought you were saying I somehow fired that knife at you.”

"I'm safe, Alix, I promise... Especially now.. nothing makes me feel better than sitting with you.." She squeezes his paw, smiling up at him. There are sparkles in her purple eyes, and they widen to drink in every inch of Alix.
He grins and jumps up "Hold on a second!" He dashes upstairs, nearly stumbling, and runs back down. In his hands is a black leather cord necklace with a woven wreath made of metal that resembles Thorny branches "This is for you! It symbolizes protection!"
