*They're a sort of ghost chef who cooks other ghosts. An occult cuisiner, you might say. He's got a nervous disposition (read: coward), and he has developed an immunity to most ghost-repellants (salt, garlic, running water, etc.) given the amount he works with them. Maybe he's got some ofuda tags hanging on him here and there. I don't know. He'll definitely be superstitious.*
