There's a sudden flash of hellfire and the smell of Brimstone as a whirling portal appears outside the Inn. After a second, a beautiful 5'8 female tiefling walks out of the portal. She has dark reddish-purple skin, dark violet hair and horns, and a pair of magnificent wings, and wears ornate robes colored in dark reds and black, with fiery red highlights. A rod tipped with a red and yellow infernal crystal sits above an ornate and vicious-looking curved dagger on her left hip, with another wicked dagger on the other hip. A light crossbow sits on her back, and she has a flowing black cloak. Her orange-gold eyes seem to glow with an inner fire all their own.
She looks around and heaves out a sigh. A bearded devil tries to follow her through the portal, but she glares at it, and it retreats back through, at which point she closes the portal with surprising ease. She then turns back and walks inside, a faint trail of smoke following her. She slowly seems to stop trailing smoke.
Cadwallader approaches her. "Where did that portal lead to? It looked pretty interesting."
She turns, a rather dangerous look on her face. "Nessus, the ninth hell, realm of Asmodeus."
"Hm. I was thinking about going to visit there at some point, but right now the weather is so fine here and it would be a shame to miss it."
She snorts, and walks over to the bar, ordering a Hellfire Brandy. "Nessus is not someplace you go for vacation."
He chuckles deeply. "I don't think you get my meaning. I'm a... researcher, if you will. I've already cataloged the Abyss in its entirety, so I plan on researching the hells next."
She raises an eyebrow, and shrugs. "Alright. That's up to you."
"The Abyss was pretty easy, admittedly. Its chaotic nature was reminiscent of my homeworld. I even met some creatures from my homeworld there, although they did alter themselves a tiny bit to fit their environments. I think you refer to them as 'Obyriths.'"
(Waffles. Also, might there be a general type of character I should build a personality off of for here or is whatever fine? Er, what I mean is, is there a more of a "We play evil characters" or "Everyone is a paladin" thing going on.)
*Hi there friend! I'm Alaric, welcome to the inn!*
*To answer your question, no. We don't do any specific character, though all powerful types are typically frow ned upon due to the lack of fun-ness when playing*
*Oh! Thank you for clearing that up. The part abput powerful characters :3 I don't plan on playing gods so yee*
*No problem :D*
*Its pretty hard at first, i'm still having trouble makng weaker characters lol*
*I've actually had the opposite problem. I actually want to make weaker characters, but I also enjoy combat, and having a character that would get killed in one hit ends up being kinda anti-climactic.*
"My name is Baron Wendell Dariastren. And who might you be?"
"Calliope, Denali Familiar. Baron. Where? Have Castle? Why Here?" its white eyes become larger as it begins to realize the importance of the person it is speaking to, "I bow?"
He chuckles.
"No need to bow. I do have a castle, but it's all the way in the Shadowfell. I have a Mighty Fortress set up in the forest, but it has been threatened by the local archfey, so I might move it."
"Mighty Baron Threat? Archfey? Calliope is Confused. Elaborate?" It obviously lowers it's guard getting more comfortable around the baron
"You see, I set up an artificial night with a Duskfall spell, but that angered the local archfey. She attacked me, so I killed her, but I forgot to capture her soul, so she'll be coming back in force."
Calliope nods slowly, "Dark, good. Know where archfey now? She come here? Should be afraid? You have own force?" they ask uneasily, a little afraid of the being of the light that the Baron is talking about
"I have quite a few knights in my tower," he says, gesturing toward the massive, black tower in the woods, "but they are more vulnerable than I, so I don't want them to fight her. In all honesty, she will likely be coming here to kill me. She failed the last time, but since she cannot die, I don't think she'll stop until she succeeds."

Where the demons would end up fighting each other as often as trying to hunt you, the devil of the Hells will work together to hunt you down. Don't go there, unless you're prepared to fight and die, and come back as a devil."

*That is certainly a bright side. Unfortunately, my characters are eDgY, and good-aligned characters (and Yuri, I guess) tend to dislike that.*

*Let's try a character that totally is not a composite of my favorite parts of failed characters with extra Darkwood added in.*
A man stumbles out of the woods. He wears a strange outfit, with a metal helmet and military garb, but a scarf and respirator covering most of his face and an old, tattered long coat over his body.
A monster rushes out of the forest, looking like a human corpse with the head and upper torso splitting open to form a massive maw. It jumps onto the man and starts tearing at him with its claws.
Rani frowns. "Hey! Buddy! Calm down!" He blasts the monster.
