"Don't care." She slashes open her hand and places the wound against Thane's stump. "Now then, I am your Grandmother, and you belong to me." She pulls her hand away, creating a new arm made out of oily, iridescent blood. "I saved the woman you love most, and gave you a new arm, so I get something of equal value: your soul, whether it is yours to give or not." She grabs him and begins to walk off. "I'm taking my handsome boy, and when I'm done, I'm coming back." She rips her eye out of the socket and tosses it to the ground.
"That's quite an ambition." He takes out some more jars and some candles, and begins using them as a heat source to cook something.
The strings snap against the grandmother’s strength, dragging Thane along, barely conscious, but happy to give away the tatters of a soul he has left to her “T-thank… you grandma.” The Valentines can’t help but cackle “Well see you then… have fun.”
“What can we say, we’re ambitious, after all, we killed half of our old gang for this power in the first place, and we don’t regret it for a moment.” They giggle, spinning, using each other as counterweights.
She does a little jig as she leaves. "I've seen kids like you who think that they're invincible, Meet fates a whole lot worse than going to the principal..." She sings under her breath as she hops on her skateboard.
"Yeah, but why?" Whatever he's cooking, it looks quite nice... and is causing the Hellish air to crackle and ignite, burning away into nothing.
Lacai is browsing local shops, looking for things to peddle in the next town he will visit.
Jax has come back into town with a fresh look. His clothes are baggy and of pastel colors, his hair is dyed a lavender and droops over his eyes, and he has found a way to transfer properties to objects, his clothes acting as armor, his pockets bags of holding. he sits down at the bar, ordering a meal.
Lilac is using the forge, creating a bifurcated dagger.
The character that I introed earlier walks over too the forge
Desc:
The have long fancy black robes (kind of a dress, but from like 60 feet away they look exactly like robes), with brown medium hair, a tall build, and bright yellow eyes.
"You'll have to give me some time to finish up, about 10 minutes." She says to no-one in particular while wiping her brow with her forearm, though its obvious her words are directed to them.
She sits down *you can sit down somewhere in the forge, right?* and waits
She quenches the blade in oil and sets it somewhere to cool, taking her gear off. "Thanks for waiting." She says, leaning on a beam and panting
"Hello, I'm new here, just trying to meet the townsfolk. what's your name?"
Hallo, I am a pan, NB (Demigirl?), chaotic ADHD mess of a furry.

He smiles back. "I've got just about everything, so if you want something sweet, I'm always here."
"Humph. Guess I can't see a problem with that."
*It's waving* "I know. Cooking has left me with very good manual dexterity, but I've only been painting minis for about three months and I still have a lot to learn."
"My kids are gonna love this place." she says, popping a few dark chocolates into her mouth.
He sticks his tongue out at her. "So, what's your name, Ms. Edge-Lord?"
*accurate i'd say.* "What got you into painting miniatures?" he asks, genuinely curious.
"I hope so. I love that look on the kids' faces when they see something they had no idea was even possible, and they can just... grab it. Isn't that amazing?"
"Eh, don't see the point in telling you. It's not like you're gonna use it."
"I saw a model train with a bunch of Christmas stuff in an old magazine, and I thought I could do that, so I made one. Then I realized that I should paint it, and I had a lot of fun, and since I saw that whole set around the train in the picture, I decided that I wanted to do that too. Buildings are okay, trees are hard, and people are really, really difficult. I started with Halloween stuff since that was around at the time I got into it and they often worked well with the gloopy paints, so if I messed up it wouldn't be a big deal."

"Gourmet Holy Water. From a conceptual standpoint, it's antithetical to this entire plane. If I spilled a drop, it would obliterate this entire castle with its current level of potency. Eat it to the bone. I got the inspiration after seeing Mr. Grouper's wanton obliteration of entire locales in the Feywild, including the entire Summer Courthouse. He used materials and glyphs antithetical to the Feywild to create something that just... un-made entire chunks of the plane. It's a good thing he evacuated the place beforehand because the base energies of the Feywild were being unraveled, so even fey souls would be unmade just from proximity. Same principle here. Diabolical magic fails around this stuff, so any teleportation, defense, or attempts to destroy it would be pretty futile given that just about everything here is from Hell."

"Yeah. Hope this place is still around by the time they hatch."
"It's rude to not learn peoples names. How would I be able to live with myself if you came up to buy from me, and I had no idea what your name was?" He sighs, shaking his head and clicking his tongue. "That would break the Dealer-Buyer Bond."
"Me too. This is my second shop, and to have my chain be broken so soon would spell tragedy for my business."
"I don't smoke weed. I barely tolerate tobacco's mental effects, but my depression is pretty intense without it."
She does a little jig as she leaves. "I've seen kids like you who think that they're invincible, Meet fates a whole lot worse than going to the principal..." She sings under her breath as she hops on her skateboard.

They both nod in unison, looking to each other and then back to Felix "Ohhh, we might have wanted to ask before it was already this potent shouldn't we?" They stay where they are, neither running away or coming closer.

"Interesting. Well, It certainly seems like you've got a knack for these. Maybe that little otter boy will buy some of them to sell in the next town he visits."
"Oh yeah, I remember him. I think his name was Lacai or something like that. He was nice."

He smiles, snuggling up against them “Do you have anything you want to do until then, my dearest love?”
He smiles, his sharp fangs showing as he kisses her while her tongue is still out “Checkmate honey.” He mumbles, his mouth attached to hers.
She uses a tree branch for pull ups “Because I am not going to die like the rest of my people, when I fight, I am going to win.”
He smiles at them, spreading his arms for a hug “Uncle, it’s been a while.”

He gets up, stretching on all fours, making a little yawn “I would love to do that, I am getting slightly hungry again.”
“And next time, and the time after that.” He says with a smile, getting up “I’m gonna change, these clothes got stretched out.”
She laughs slightly, ending it with a sigh “I’m not the Jester, Rowan is. You should meet him.” She grunts, beginning to show fatigue.
“It is good to see you too, you seem worried, something wrong?” He says, pulling back to look at them with concern.
