Like many others I've been increasingly disappointed with the direction Dungeons & Dragons has been heading in the last few years, and all the drama around the OGL (and their consistent dishonesty surrounding it) have made me feel like I will take some time off from playing standard DnD. Luckily I have played other TTRPGs, and I thought I could share some alternative fantasy titles that I have played myself, or that I have heard good things about. Note that I only mention fantasy titles here.
I will include OGL (5e) titles as well, since the standard rules are still available for free.
Thanks for the suggestions! Been reading the Pathfinder 2e rules the last few days, trying to get a grasp on it to see if it's the right game for my group to switch over to :)
I am currently playing Ruins of Symbaroum with my gaming group and we really like it. It’s a dark fantasy setting with unique classes and origins compared to standard DnD.
The only difference between Symbaroum and Ruins of Symbaroum is that they are using different game engines. We chose Ruins of Symbaroum since some of my players only have played D&D 5e previously.
So far I've been getting into live stream channels and think there maybe a lot of good stuff on YouTube's The Glass Cannon Network. If there are other recommendations for d&d alternative live streams, please also post. =D

I'd like a system with some decent campaign content that I might run in our club over ~26 two-hour sessions. (We meet once per week with rotations lasting about six months each).
Symbaroum has some nice campaign contents, both longer and shorter campaigns that are published. And they are working on converting those campaigns to Ruins of Symbaroum as well.
It is not released yet, but Dragonbane (Drakar och Demoner) looks like it will feature a campaign in the boxed set with the core rules.

My pleasure!

I think Nerd Immersion will start a stream for Free League’s Alien RPG later this year.

A very versatile, flexible system that’s adaptable to almost any setting and is pretty realistic is Cogent Roleplay. Plus the whole thing is free.
If I haven’t offended you, don’t worry. I’m sure I’ll get to you eventually.
