'Ash, ya ok?'

She walks up to them, looking utterly disheveled after being in the sewers. "Hi, um, do you know any doctors nearby? My friends and I were attacked in the sewers, and one of them is unconscious. Would you be able to call a doctor for her? I don't want to leave either of them alone for too long."
'Sure, certainly.' The YonStore employee calls a doctor. 'Wait, attacked by the feral sewer man? I've heard the rumours about him'

Flint submerges himself again

"No. If you're talking about Flint he was one of the people who was attacked, and he's a lovely guy, he wouldn't hurt anyone. It was a weird thing with tentacles, got inside their minds somehow."
'Ash?' He considers going after her. He should do that, he's her husband. But he is also weak, and Lil and the doctor need to know what happened, or they won't be able to get any help.
'Help! Anyone? My wife taken by monster!' (He's basically like an NPC now, but as a character played by a mod, I suppose he is)
*I don't think Flint could survive an aboleth alone, he'll go save her if he has help*

Lil hears him and says to the staff member "That's Flint calling, I think the thing's come back! I'm going to help, come if you want, and make sure the doctor knows where to come to."
She sprints back to where Flint and Ash were.
'Ash gone! It took her' he points to the open grate

The YonStore employee comes over. 'What in the Nine Hells is going on here?' He sees Flint and looks at him very suspiciously, but then sees the open manhole. 'We have to go and save her!'

"Nononono" Lil mutters to herself, but to Flint and the employee she says "Yeah, let's go kill Mr. Spaghetti Face and get our friend back."

'Spaghetti face. Good name' Flint tips the barrel over and slithers into a smaller drain, which can fit tentacles but not the creature itself.
'Great! I mean, terrible for you guys obviously, but I've been waiting to be a hero since I was a kid. The name's Norward, by the way'
Norward looks repulsed by Flint, who is very slimy and yuck, even more than usual

"Nice to meet you Norward. I'm Lilith. And now's your chance, let's go do some heroing."
'All ok. Ash will fine'
'Let's go!' Norward looks enthusiastic. 'Wait, do I actually have to, like go down there, with the feral sewer man? Rumour is, he's rabid and eats dead people'

"Yes Norward. Surprisingly, we do actually have to go down there to get Ash back, seeing as that's where she is. And if you say one more bad thing about Flint I swear to the Gods I'll throw you to Spaghetti Face myself."
Lil starts climbing down into the sewers, pulling her dagger out and clutching it in one hand.
