 Four employees run out, and look into the sky. One of them yells to the man, "This thing yours? We can't have such a danger in our town!" All four raise their arms, and start casting a spell together. A silvery bubble appears around the dragon, and fills with a thick mist, hiding the creature. Then the bubble bursts, and the mist disperses. The dragon is gone. One of the spellcasters plops on the ground, breathing heavily. "Try and... be more... careful, ok?" 

 The man looks furious. He stares at the guards demanding a Dex Save

 The DC is 15

'What will be will be? Sounds like famous last words. At least I've managed to sell that cube. Nothing better than a little gold, is there? And do you think they would mistake me for a wererat?' Hi nods, rolling his eyes

 "Maybe." Latin smiles, in a mocking sort of way.

'Seriously? Wererats are supposed to be thin and wiry? And that's completely not me'  he jokes, flexing his almost non-existent bicep.

 "I was joking, don't worry about it. You might smell like a wererat, but- I'll stop."

'Fair enough. And maybe the adventurer's won't be so bad. After all, they got gold, and gold means opportunity.' A grey rat scuttles over to Hi, squeaks at him, and Hi whispers something in Flint's ear. Flint says 'I'm sorry, but the rats are finding it hard to believe I'm talking to an actual person'

'A good way I think, they say they want you to come round so they can see you'

 "I love animals, but... Is there any chance I could just meet them in the streets?"

'Suppose so. Weird surface dweller.' He whistles, and a terrifying horde of rats scurry up from the drains. But instead of attacking, they assemble neatly in a circle around Flint, staring at Latin like he is some sort of alien. 'This is Latin. Latin is friend. We do not hurt'. They look to Flint like he is a leader, but not like his is different from them. To them, Flint is just a lanky, blond-haired rat.

Flint goes to eavesdrop on the adventurers

The man stares at the workers and they all fall to the ground unconscious. The man's eyes glow pink and in everyone's head theres a screaming voice. "WHAT'D YOU DO TO CHARIZARD?!!?!?!?!"

They actually have stopped talking for the moment, as their food just arrived. And they're not ignoring you or anything. Smoke even offers you a buffalo wing.
