 It continues to rise, getting closer and closer to your feet.

Flint decides it is not a good idea to stick around, and tries to leave the sewer. As the water is reaching his hammock, it's not wise to try go back to sleep

You come back out to the surface, and are immediately hit with 60mph winds. The rain is pouring down, and thunder booms. You're instantly soaked. The water in the sewers continues to rise.

'Dang! It's Pohaku City all over again!' Flint tries to look for a sturdy building to break into and spend the night in. Previously, he'd planned on finding a nice comfy bin, but the 60mph winds have put paid to that

There is a young man sitting at the bar

 As you steady yourself and look for a building, you see a flash of yellow amongst the wind and rain.

'Oslo? Is that you?' Flint wades through the floodwater *I'm guessing there's a flood* towards the yellow.

 The sewers are doing there job, keeping water off the streets so its only up to your ankles. But with the speed they're filling up at, you know that won't last for long.

"Flint?! Oh, thank god you're okay."

'I'll thank Him you're okay too! I think we need to get inside, ya got a plan?'

 *Cool.* Your character can here the wind and the rain, the booms of thunder, but is sheltered from it for now. There's a few store staff around, but it is night time, so most are asleep.

 As Oslo gets nearer, you notice that no rain is falling within a 20ft circle around him. The flooding is still getting his feet wet though. "I think the Store will be the safest place for us!"

'Ya okay Oslo? Do you think we can make it to the YonStore or something, that looks like it could withstand a storm?'

Flint heads towards the Store, trying not to get blown away by the wind.
