AJ is intensely sparring in the training arena. He looks much more focused than he normally is.

 Luna wanders in looking very confused 

 He doesn’t notice- AJ is training hard. He’s currently sparring an Ares kid with bright red curly hair and broad shoulders. She stabs at him with her sword and AJ swiftly parries, using the very tip of his spear to gently deliver a push, throwing her off balence. Her overextended arm comes back in to defend a second do late, and AJ strikes with his spear faster than the eye can see. With a twist shot to the hip, she stumbles and AJ brings his spear around, tripping her and knocking her on her back. He’s breathing heavily, his metallic eyes shining brightly. AJ runs his hand through his russet colored hair, and offers his opponent a helping hand up.

 Luna walks over to where the swords are at. They take a few deep breaths and pick one up

 AJ looks up in surprise. “L..una? Are you sure?”

 "I have to learn to defend myself at some point. Might as well be now"
