Anthony sets the sword on the blade rack, looking around for a moment
"Whatcha lookin for Anthony?"
"I dunno... smells like smoke"
Thomas sniffs the air. "Yeah it does." he says with a frown. "Grab a sword. Lets figure out whats goin on."
"Wha- but I don't know how to use one safely yet!" He groans, grabbing the blade he just set down
"Hey, your with a veteran of the Battle of Manhattan. You'll be fine. Now lead on. Show me where that smokes comin from."
"Um, alright" He nods, heading outside the room
Thomas follows
Anthony looks around again, before heading straight at the barrier to the camp, pausing just before he would step out
Thomas stands next to him and gazes out. "Whaddya see?"
Anthony looks pale, "I think someone burned to death out there...."
Thomas curses and draws his sword. "Well lets go find out. Hope its just a hellhound."
"Oh gods, oh gods, oh gods" Anthony mumbles, leading Thomas out into the forest
Thomas follows him. "Its gonna be alright Anthony."
Anthony looks like he'll pass out any second, that's how pale he's gotten. As they break through the brush, they come across what's seems to be a charred corpse
Thomas frowns and crouches down by it.
Investigation: 24
Anthony gags, leaning on a tree as anything he had for lunch becomes fertilizer for the bushes
The body isn't exactly fresh, seems atleast a week old
"This isn't right." Thomas says with a frown. His eyes flash sliver for a moment. He sniffs the air for any scent of monsters.
Beyond lingering scent on the body, this place has no trace of monsters
Thomas walks over to Anthony. "Lets get back to camp."
Anthony doesn't move, staring at the body silently, eyes wide
"Dude, you ok?" Thomas asks.
He snaps out of it, "W-we just found a d-dead guy, how would I be ok?"
"There's nothing we can do for him. His soul is with Hades now." Thomas says with a frown. "Lets get back to camp before we get ambushed by a monster, ok?"
"Y-yeah, ok." He says breathlessly, standing as best he can and following thomas
"Here, put your arm around my shoulder. I got you, ok?" Thomas says as he starts walking.
"I'm not injured just... freaked out."
Thomas nods and his eyes dart to one side and he curses, drawing his sword as a low growl is heard. "Hellhound."
"Wait wh-" He looks around with his sword... sorta drawn
Thomas is staring at the hellhound as he slowly stalks towards him. "Remember what I taught you. Same thing works for beasts, ok?" Thomas says as he raises his sword. "Perhaps your dad will claim ya after this?"
"I thought hellhound breathed fire!" He says, backing up slightly, "What if they aren't a fighter, like Ares is?"
"Doesn't matter dude. Every god has an ability, just focus and do your best." Thomas says while lunging at the hellhound with his sword. Attack: 23 Damage: 10
"What? But i-" He breaths heavily for a few seconds, before trying to swing his blade at the hound aswell: 4 to hit, 1

Someone in black Jeans and a black henley shirt with red stripes on the sleeves is running for his life towards the camp. He is slightly muscular and seem to be about 15. He has black hair that fades to white, that almost seems blue. He is carrying a black drawstring bag slung over their arm. He has light colored skin and eyes with irises that are a very light blue, almost white. He is running from a flock of murderous brown And red harpies. His Face and hands are covered in scratches, and His Jeans are slightly torn on one leg near the bottom. There is a small bloody wound on His forehead. Following him, almost at his shoulders, is a Snowy Owl. One of the Harpies attack, swooping at Him and clawing at his back. He falls down, but springs back up almost immediately, yelling for help. The harpy, upon making contact, Stops flying as their talon they struck him with momentarily freezes over, and the harpy falls out of the sky. He keeps running desperately.
*woooooh that took long to type*
AJ takes a stick and frowns, aiming carefully and throwing it like a spear at a harpy. It’s insanely accurate- spearing it right in the eye. But unfortunately, not made of celestial bronze. AJ cups his hands around his mouth to yell. “C’MON YOU GOT THIS! YOU’RE ALMOST THERE!”
A falcon flies over and dive bombs the harpies, causing them to temporarily disperse, giving the person wearing black an opportunity to run faster.
He makes it to the camp. He then falls over as the snowy owl lands in a tree. His right wrist seems horribly bent, probably broken. The air around him seems to drop 10 degrees. The grass within a few feet of him start collecting frost, turning white. They Groan.
The falcon flies down and changes into a 14-year old boy with a dark tan and golden hair. He throws a piece of golden taffy into your left hand and says, “Eat this.” He then walks over to AJ and does the same.
He slowly sits up and then puts it in his mouth.
You feel the heat of the ambrosia melting in your mouth. As you look to your right, you see your wrist has mended back into place.
this makes him feel very sick. You see, it isn’t a very pleasant image. He starts freaking out.
”What’s happening? Who are you? What were those bird things? Where am i?”
“You’re being healed by the magical properties of ambrosia. I am Basel. Those were Harpies. You’re in Camp Half-Blood.”
"Yeah yeah, say that all you like," He smiles, jabbing Thomas in the ribs lightly
Thomas laughs and looks above Anthony's head.
Nothing has shown up yet. Anthony sits cross legged in the grass, stacking flat pebbles he finds
Thomas taps his foot rapidly and silently prays to the gods to give Anthony a sign of his parentage.
After a few long moments, a very small flickering symbol appears over anthonies head. A cross with a sharp point on the bottom, with a bowl at the top and a dot carried in the bowl shape
After seemingly blipping, Norm, the half-blood minotaur, and Basel reappear and are ready to talk to people.
Thomas walks up to Basel.
*need a description of thomas?*
*Sure*
*Thomas is tall, skinny, fair skin, short blonde hair, he wears an orange camp half-blood t-shirt, black pants and shoes. He has a longsword at his hip and a necklace with 12 beads on it signifying how many years he has been here*
Basel: Hello. Where is the Apollo cabin?
Norm: Hi. *grabs your hand and shakes it profusely*
"Are you injured?"
"Hello." Thomas shakes his hand with a smile
“No. My friend here simply wishes to meet his half-siblings.”
“Yes. I’m hoping they’re nice and they can teach me how to fire an arrow without snapping it in half.”
"Ah, I see."
"Son of Apollo eh, you'll fit in nicely."
“He is a literal Minotaur.”
“Do you get a lot of half Minotaurs?”
"Eh, we had a cyclops here once."
"Nah, but we have all sorts of people that are pretty cool, like you."
The Person with black hair that becomes white at the ends, a black shirt, and ripped jeans is currently freaking out right inside camp. The grass near them is becoming covered in frost, and it is significantly colder within a few feet of them.
