After Caleb meets Mr. D and Chiron and is introduced to the whole idea of camp half Blood and gets a tour, He is walking around and exploring all the stuff that he didn’t see up close with the tour. Everywhere he goes, the Temperature drops by several degrees for a few seconds.

their Hand feels cold. Really cold. It feels like holding a ice cube with your bare hands.
He looks down at his hand for a moment, "You should get a coat"

"Your hands are cold."
“No they aren’t.”
"Maybe it's just the weather or something," He shrugs, rubbing the back of his neck
“I don’t feel cold at all.”
"Might be your God, I don't know."
