As the sun sets below the horizon, night creeps over the camp. A low fog settles over the hill, obscuring most of its inhabitants. The smell of.. rot begins to fill the air. There’s a loud shriek coming from the Apollo cabin, then silence. Immediately following, the sounds of panicked neighs come from the barn as smoke begins to fill the air. Tongues of green flame are beginning to ingulf the building, catching fire to the flags that line it. A trail of blood lies in front of the Hermes cabin, leading off to the woods.

As the chaos begins to unfold, half asleep campers rush out of the Hermes Cabin, shouting. A girl with auburn hair and two male twins with blonde hair, looking to be the oldest, are directing the campers to the fire. An asian boy with long black hair tied back into a bun, around 12, bumps into him. “I’m- the blood started in AJ’s bunk. The others are taking care of the fire- we need to find him.” His eyes are wide in fear. “Do- Do you have a torch?”
