Seriously. I love this guy. I randomly watched Cosmos: A Spacetime Odyssey, on Netflix, and have been enthralled by this man. I just felt a random need to,bring this up 😁
I get to see him in (for lack of a better word) concert this May. I'm talking my Ma', and all of my friends are asking me to abandon her and bring them instead.

These are great! I wonder if he ever plays D&D...that would be kind of awesome!
I'm sure he'd be able to suspend reality for a few hours to indulge in some fantasy, but I have this image of a game going absolutely nowhere because he can't stop explaining why spells wouldn't work and the logistics behind magic and all of that XD

But its easy to explain them. The realms of D&D play into the many universes theory. These other universes can have different laws of science than ours, including the possibility of having laws of magic.

Also, this goes along the same lines as "he wouldn't be fun to watch Sci-Fi movies with", which he's already talked about, lol! He can appreciate them for what they are, so I'd imagine that he could play the game just fine.... unless someone asks questions, lol!

He would be either a total party-pooper, or the best thing to happen to my D&D group since our cleric critically missed at praying multiple times in a row.

[Edit: I put the video at a part where he talks about not being bad to watch movies with. It's at 1:50, though, where he talks about what he thinks of bad science movies :P]

This is Neil, et al. doing a StarTalk live panel and it is amazing. I've watched it a few times, lol!
And this one~ is another StarTalk that was super funny. (Also, just because Sarah Silverman is hot.)

Him being a DM may be a different story...

I'll just leave this here ;]
This is his own take on watching a movie with him.
He also proves a very good point. XD
