This golden quiver radiates with divine energy, and all who are near can tell its magical. The Quiver contains 8 arrows, 4 tipped with gold, and 4 tipped with Lead. As an action, a creature can shoot an arrow from this quiver, choosing either a gold arrow or a lead Arrow. Attacks with these arrows have a +3 to hit. If they hit with a golden arrow, the target must make awisdom saving throw (DC varies), becoming charmed to the next creature it sees for 1 day, (DC 24) 1 week (DC 22), 1 month (DC 20), or one year( DC 18). (Creature that shot the arrow’s choice) if a creature is shot with 4 golden arrows in the same minute, the effect becomes permanent. If a creature is shot with a lead arrow, they must make a charisma saving throw(DC varies), and on a failure they are immune to being charmed by any effect besides the Golden arrows for 1 day (DC 24) 1 week (DC 22), 1 month (DC 20), or one year (DC 18). In addition, their charisma score becomes 8 for the duration. If a creature is shot with 4 lead arrows in the same minute, this effect becomes permanent.

Hm.. full action would be pretty powerful though. I’ll work it out
Maybe it should be very rare instead and stay as a full action?
Maybe! I’ll call in chris support to check it out

I mentioned that Pan is the only Greek God to have died, according to Plutarch. Here is some more information.
There was a sailor named Thamus who said that he heard a voice call out to him at sea claiming saying, “Thamus, the great god Pan is dead!” He went around telling everyone what he heard and people began to believe it. There is a theory that Thamus did not hear “Thamus, the great god Pan is dead!” he might of heard “The All-Great Tammuz is dead!” which sounds very similar in Greek. Tammuz was a Mesopotamian god of fertility and shepherds. He had a similar story to Persephone in that he had to remain in the underworld for part of the year and could only walk the earth for a certain season before dying again and going to the underworld. It was a common ritual in that area to proclaim, “The All-Great Tammuz is dead!” during that time of year. There is no explanation for how Pan died in Greek mythology, and many people think that the sailor had misinterpreted the call the he heard while sailing.
You could do the Catoblepas. It's like a buffalo, but its head is always looking down because it's so heavy, and it supposedly has the ability to turn people into stone with its gaze. Some versions also say it has fire/ poison breath. Apparently they're pretty peaceful most of the time.
Also, they aren't Greek but I think Kelpies are super duper cool

Surprisingly, the Catoblepas already has a statblock in 5e.

Huh, guess I'm not as original as I thought
What if i made the Teumessian fox?
Gotta get some homework done sorry, maybe later?
The one that could never be caught? I feel like a statblock isn't necessary for it.
Good point.
any ideas?
